I love this. I felt Jesus ask me “do you want to get even with the enemy? He is punking you and your children.” I replied ,”that sounds like revenge is that really you?” I felt it was because He said I will “get even” through loving others and joy” but I had to love myself first and experience joy first. ❤
Grappling with being cheated on. Lashing out uncontrollably, tried to serve and be humble but have succumb to the arrogance and lack of repentance they show me, my gut tells me it's not delt with and my blood runs cold. I can no longer bare it and am screaming for vindication.
What do you do when the towel fails? I picked up the sword. I am setting it back down, I am ashes.
The criminals and the Innocent are not so different. When you see it it takes down a lot of the rage. You'd deal with this a lot better if you knew at the very core you're just like the person who cheated on you. You just didn't have the same preconditions as that person. Doesn't mean cheating is right. But it just helps get a perspective... Been there, done that. Sp I'm not just saying in vain.
