Punchy and funky! Cool with the keytar too. I had the Alesis Vortex 2 too a couple of years ago. Worked very well, though I really didn't play it alot. But it was fun trying it and I didn't lose money on it either :) The Microfreak really has some quite unique sounds. Great job!
Thanks, great you like it! Pity you don't have you keytar anymore, would have fitted to some of your funkier tracks with these spacey MS-20 leads :) And yes, the microfreak is particularly good in the metallic, edgy and atonal sounds, works nicely in pair with the Argon.
thank you! Yeah, a bit different this time but I felt the keytar works better in a house/funk arrangement. I'm figuring out how to include the keytar in a techno-ish setup in a meaningful way. Stay safe, too!
I do like a bit of Keytar and you play it well sir. Great tune and the Microfreak stands out it's part well, great stuff - I had a Roland Lucina Keytar a few years ago, I made a very short video using it as a Keytar.
@@MicroBanshee thanks, I watched it :) Pity you don't have it anymore. The Lucina looks a bit more powerful than the Vortex, almost like those custom built Jan Hammer keytars
@@ShimanskiBeats Yes, Its a solid build quality and was packed with some really useful sounds, I used it quite a lot as a standard synth, I really should have kept it but my plan was to sell it and get the black version at a later date.
Now this is a nice jam!!!!
thank you!

Awesome! Now if only there were someplace to go dance (other than my front lawn, as per the latest fad [eye-roll]). lol
