18:20 Oh, Gunil’s great social skill is showed here. Instead of giving objection directly, he looked directly at JY, tried to make JY feel like they are on same side by giving agreement first, then gave another suggestion to persude him. Moreover, his voice was so calm and clear.
This might look easy but it’s actually so hard to apply. Gunil is really the best leader of XH 👍
