The TEXTURING program is called "Substance Painter".
Note: Unlike BLENDER, Substance Painter is paid, Unfortunately.

This was sped up at high speed and *still* took forever. Just imagine how long it took in normal speed. Now imagine the developers of Security Breach modelling every tiny detail, asset, location, character and animation. No wonder Security Breach was delayed by several years! 😯
