@Geist8745 literally no reason to buy cosmetics if you complain about silver for cosmetics that's your problem
to get the most out of eagers edge, switch off of it immediately after swinging, this keeps you at the momentum of that swing and lets you to keep flying, where as keeping the sword out lets you only lunge that short distance.
@@Jakepopper01 no, the first guy is right. You want to switch off of the sword right after swinging to preserve momentum. If you don’t then it will just stop all momentum. Jump height does not matter neither does when you use the jump. All that’s important is that you switch off the sword after swinging to go flying.
@@buckledwheat6299 I can literally upload gameplay of me not switching and preserving the momentum. Also if you look up videos of people doing the hunter skate, they don’t usually switch back to a different weapon

Also stasis hunter skating requires Shatterdive. You need to cancel the sword animation before it stops all momentum. You don’t need to use a weapon. You just need to do anything that takes you out of the sword animation. Whether that be by switching weapons or starting a new animation via Shatterdive. The same used to be done with work done zero as well.

Definitely do it on a warlock. It’s a nightmare on Hunter 😅
@@lejenddairy it was easy on hunter. Use arc for the first encounter to clear mote rooms. Use the top right area for dps. 2nd I just used invis with witherhoard and the gambit smg. Used a sword to get to places faster. Final boss I used hung jury, telesto, and threaded needle on invis.
i have been debating whether to keep trying this have been bs at least 10 times on hour long runs from everything from error codes to poor geometry but through all the rage it is still a fun challenge to try best of luck if you do

i love this dungeon but the sparrow section is pain when doing a solo flawless run
Surprisingly I got it on the 2nd attempt. Lol pure luck.
You say this, but I literally did it on my first try on my first solo flawless attempt.
There are 3 buttons before the first mine, the 3rd is on top of the ship on the right. The left button gets you killed faster.
It is a pain. I agree. I got it done by getting off my sparrow at b and c. Shooting a ghally at the enemies and kept going. Made it soooo easy.
Run the sparrow part and get your route down and you’ll have no problem at all. Double arc resist, riskrunner and blinding grenade launcher, and have always on time sparrow. Make sure your super is charged just in case you have to use it (I’m warlock and I saved my well of radiance for the final mine so I could just run up and pop it and not have to worry about dying). I usually hit the first right 2 time extension buttons, then the mine, then the left button and mine, then in the 3rd area go off to the right but hit the button in the middle (that path makes it a bit easier without having to use your bumpers which takes away the amount of times you can boost), next area is button on the right with the ramp is then I go for the right launcher which gets you there a little quicker and if you got a good run then you should have plenty of time left over to get a GL shot off and blind those last few ads and BOOM you got it. For the intro part, you can literally just toss witherhoard in the cave and stand there. You only need to go out again to get the next wave to spawn in, rinse/repeat, no need to mess with the wizards that spawn.
There's a TON of weapons/abilities that you can chuck in that cave to mindlessly kill all the adds that spawn.
Was in the stream for this and when you failed on the sparrow part and fake ended stream that had me rolling lol. Never stop being you man

I really feel like the sparrow encounter was designed with the Scourge Sparrow and not normal sparrows. The Scourge Sparrow is faster than others so seeing my friends or Cross here getting over with ease while my sorry ass sparrow is always too slow or can't make the last jump makes a lot of sense.

I got solo flawless done 3rd try with a normal exotic sparrow even though it did 2 previous tries.
A friend told me that the Harbingers Echo is also as fast as the Always on Time sparrow

If you or anyone else here try’s this on a Hunter, pop a top tree tether at the mouth of the loot cave and just chain it. 50 engrams opens the dungeon. Good luck guardians.

I've literally only beaten the sparrow race by jumping at the end to destroy my sparrow and eager edge into the bomb. Idk how people make it with just their sparrow or any other way at this point 🤷😂
I always go through the left man cannon. It gives you a time extension and then you jump off midair to land directly on the bomb.
If you side boost left or right you take zero fall damage, trust

I tried it for the first time solo flawless and made to to the final boss, got him tp half hp, then died to shank
Fun Fact: you don’t have to jump up on the metal walkway to grab the scorch cannon. You can stand underneath it, hold down (x) and it will magically appear in your hands

It took me all day but I did it, the ogre gave me a lot of trouble until I got good at it and the sparrow ride is almost rng, a lot of bullshit can go down. Everything else was very easy.

That’s the same escape velocity I use, I have a threat detector/surrounded or a threat detector/vorpal and the threat detector vorpal is definitely my preferred since you kinda have to run surrounded spec to get better benefits instead of backup mag, and also surrounded only works with 3 ads or more close up most of the time those ads are dead 💀💀 I’m not exactly gonna run super up close so yeah that role is sweet I either run that in kinetic or run Ikeleos

I got a solo flawless run yesterday and if I can do it anyone can. I was on invis hunter but having trouble with running sleeper for some reason. If you want to play it safe I HIGHLY recommend lament, charged with light, passive guard, and lucent blade if you have it (I didn’t). It works on both bosses and I felt safe the whole run. Also GG cross and merry Christmas to everyone
The sparrow part ruined 6 flawless runs, i cant do it anymore, ill wait a week

Use sotp sparrow, enemies dont focus on you as much and its the fastest sparrow in game. Use the top man cannon not the bottom

I tried solo flawless with my warlock last week made it all the way to the final boss first try did 1 damage phase got him to half health then died after killing the big shank and the one invisible vandal cuz the vandal was one shot and I pushed to finish him off even though the boss was beaming me lmao
Even after doing solo flawless I love seeing how other people did it. I like comparing what works for others and what works for me.
What did you use, I’m not sure if I’m gonna use my hunter or warlock. Any suggestions?
@@starkraven1148 I did it with my hunter. On the sparrow section use blinding nades at each of the sections and they wont even shoot as you pass through. I used trinity-ghoul in the servitor bomb section to melt adds super fast. Have fun!
@@starkraven1148 Buble Titan with helm of saint 14 pretty much the whole run and my weapons varied the entire time
The sparrow section is honestly pure luck, just because the Dregs have RNG accuracy with their shots. Sometimes they miss virtually everything and the other time they beam you no problem. D2 sparrows have to be made out of cardboard with how low their health is.

I usually just try and drive around as much cover as I can and then dodge left or right when they go to shoot me and if they hit me I just quickly jump off the sparrow and then summon a new one

A lot of people say the sparrow part is tricky/hard part but for me it's the ogre right before it. Probably because I try to hammer cheese it😂

I know I probably won’t be able to do flawless, hell, I didn’t even beat it yet. But I did manage to get to boss area then reset hit and I was tired. But I probably have 1 hour of gameplay of me dying over and over at the sparrow part, was rough. But I will try and beat it this week, not flawless of course. Just trial and error.
Sparrow always blows up if you boost through the man cannons

Sparrow part is the worst part really. Double arc resist and put on riskrunner, make sure you have full super for emergencies and always on time. Also blinding nades from start to finish.
you realise how much the flinch is ridiculous in that game when your doing dps and you miss sleeper shots because your caracter look like he's having a seizure

For most of the dungeon, two concussive dampeners on a chestpiece and the mod "protective light" (with taking charge elsewhere) will help a lot. Maybe one concussive with a void resist for the ogre
Stick to being safe over dealing lots of dmg. This dungeon has no time limit or enrage mechanic so take your time. Also don’t be too stingy with ammo or supers. You get super every 10 engrams and ammo is bountiful if you’re doing any activity solo. Use special to clear adds, supers to survive, don’t be shy on those resources, I promise they will refill quickly. All the best!
@@Collin_J Double resist mods have no placed being stacked. The return on investment is horrendous.
The best play is always stack an element + concussive for general play and then replace what you need there depending on the activity.

As a warlock main myself, I’m taking some tips from your flawless run for the next time I do a dungeon solo. I finished my flawless run Sunday and only been playing D2 for less than a year. Good run Cross
For this one in particular, I was able to run TTD with Karnstiens for everything except the boss. You basically have continous healing rift just from melee killing stuff.

I ended up using lunafaction boots for the reload and it definitely came in handy.
on solo, u might as well use ophidian aspects at that point, more reload all the time instead of only in the rift

If you collect 10 engrams it’s recharges your abilities and fully fills your super bar, pretty good for chaining supers back to back.
