And just enjoy it 👌🏼 My friend struggled with shin splints, nasty injury 🥲 I remember him saying ice helped a lot, then strength and technique training helped prevent it coming back

@@DavidDA99 I think we just recovered well from the previous float and built the pace up as the 5K went on. So didn’t have much of a HR spike
