That black and white dress is popularly use by the Nyishi People of Kurung Kumey District Arunachal Pradesh which is near to the Tibet, China And that dress is known as Pomo in our language.
The Lhoba in Tibet are Puroik, Nah, Bokar and Idu. Nah as well as Mra Bai's dress are like that of Tibetan since Early Time. So Pomo dress using in Tibet by Lhoba are actually recent thing.
Bangnyi means person. Nyishi means Human Being. Even in Arunachal Pradesh the subtribes of Nyishi call each other Bangnyi. However tribe itself is Nyishi. Nysang means "of Nyishi" For example - Nysang Uryu(sword), Nysang Eze ( Dress) etc. Bangnyi is not a tribe, neither is Nysang. Bangnyi and Nysang terms used exclusively by Nyishi as reference. Tribe itself is Nyishi. Don't get confused.

And both the tribes seems to be quite flexible in including and excluding other smaller abotani tribe to its fold. 60's and 70's were important in Abotani tribes getting their new names .Just my observation, correct me if I'm wrong🤔
