I find using a matte base helps the glitter stick better. Then a top coat makes it shine. Hope this helps

A tip: try a matte coat under the eyeshadow, then a glossy topcoat for that shine

Hey Tried a similar technique with a sponge Just mix the colors and dab on nails Turns out great and super simple :)

If you have washi tape you can cut it in a curved shape and place it over your nails and paint it as if its a stencil

You can also put tape on your nails and dont put tape on the part thats gonna have the line on the tip. Then just color it
