I've had mine about 4 years now. Was a godsend when my ac quit. Cooled down the room nicely... sure not the whole house but that wasn't the point. Best purchase
My bedroom AC just died & need something while I decide on a replacement. I ordered this off Amazon since we're getting another heat wave. Is there a "better placement" you'd recommend to get the best cool air flow for a room?
@lyrikah I've done a couple things. It has gone into a corner and been sat in a chair and both gave great flow to the living room. I've never had to run it any higher than the low speed. Even during the heatwave when my ac wasn't cutting the mustard, the fan more than made up for it.
I have a blue lasko blower, forgot which one, bought it in 10 years or so ago, maybe 15? And it's still running, needs cleaning now ans then but still going strong. Have 3 of them, 2 pedestals, a lasko vintage desk fan another vintage one similar but different brand I think or at least model. A lasko high velocity fan, a lasko wind tunnel i think its called, a hypertough high velocity and another blower fan but forgot the brand but it's not lasko, looks like a client fan or futuristic or both, real cool and nice.
@@timothydobrynski9028 Horrible. Does NOT get all the dust out. And when you turn it on the next time, it blows clumps of dust everywhere. “You are supposed to vacuum it out!” I did. Thoroughly. This this is an enraging piece of junk
I leave a Lasko box fan running in my crawl space, on year 6 of non stop running. Lasko’s are quality!

How do you clean it
Full time RV'ER love this thing, with the a/c and the lasko blower fan we stay cool
you can take them apart to clean them, I do it all the time.
That's really good to know, thank you!

Seeking a quiet fan for a live acoustic guitar show. This looks compelling. Hoping it's quiet enough for the stage.
My ex-wife has been using this for over 10 years. Crazy power for a small fan. At least a 20ft hard wind.
It will start rattling and you'll hate it, i know i hate mine
@@theancientsam thanks 👍
What does the thing retail for ?
Elon musk just convinced me to buy a lasko fan 😅😅
It's a pain cleaning the blower wheel. They put unnecessary screws in the side and bottom. Stupid triangle screw smh
Just doesn’t sound quiet whatsoever!
Impossible to clean. Waste of money.
You have to use compressed air bud pretty easy to clean
My grandmother has one and it's loud

Mine finally broke almost 10 years later and I had the same style one!
