Because you said the phrase "happiness can be found" so many times I'm going to drop this here. "Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."

    Hi Jade 👋
I graduated Uni the same year as you and I really wanted to leave the USA where I lived my whole life. I started learning German August 2023 and my first Lingoda class was in January 2024, when I did a sprint with one of your discount codes. I am now living in Germany since October doing my whole masters program here! I am so glad that I invested in learning German a year before I came here. It makes understanding everyday life and connecting with people much easier. I also love learning this language because of how cute and silly it can sound for a native english speaker.
I continue to learn so much from your videos and podcast. Your videos are inspiring and I get a lot out of them. It's really like free therapy for me. Thank you for your work

Thank you for this beautiful podcast. I loved the guided visualization and the guided journaling in this episode. I would love to have more of that in the future. Your podcast and videos have been helping me through a really hard time in my life, and is honestly somewhat life changing. I have been journalling more this year because of you and I am slowly learning to appreciate where I am now in a way I have never done before. Learning to love myself in a way I have never done before. I always feel 10 times better after one of these episodes, and I thank you for that. I have been slowly learning to look for casual magic everyday in my life. You are wise beyond your years.

Dear God the mountain visualization part was so amazing!!!! I cannot emphasize enough how lovely it was. I was really there at the base of the mountain. I climbed that mountain exactly as you guided. I could see the beauty, hear the river flowing, hear the birds, and smell the earth. In my second climb I was doing things to enjoy the climb you didn't even describe like I was drinking the dew off from pine leaves. I was skipping along the trail. At some point during the climb I also just decided to lay down and sleep for an hour or so in the wildflower field. For a while there I imaged I was with my bestfriend and we were just frolicking around the trail. It was such a beautiful image in my head. Thankyou for that. Write a book Jade and if you're already writing one then you have to keep going. I know you want to write a book and take this as a boost as a sign to start and keep going. Love this episode as always.
I loved the part where you shared about all those amazing people and their beautiful perspective on life. They were all amazing and I think I love Emma and because we share a name but also because I love how her brain works and Jess has such a beautiful thinking as well.
And you can always quote Spiderman quotes and scientific quotes next to each other. I'm a huge geek/nerd an if you reveal that you like superhero movies or like even remotely interested in that area I will loose my mind out of happiness. No pressure tho lol.

Hi Jade, so grateful for having (re)found your channel and now podcast, also trying to find enjoyment in process. I feel really grateful for your podcast. I think the mission of your podcast is absolutely beautiful and really wish you the best, grateful for your act of service, because it truly transforms people. I look forward to it every sunday. You have also introduced me to meditation, which I thought was never for me, but your 90 second meditation at the beginning felt so healing I have started introducing it more. Also - I was wondering if you have read The Myth of Normal from Gabor Maté, or have heard about his work. Because his criticism and takes on our current culture I think really validate why casual magic is so so so necessary. Lots if greetings from Belgium!

Thanks so much for this! :) The human condition is so fascinating and in many ways sad. I am trying to take more inspiration from my cats :P

Did anyone also notice the sound being off? Or is it an issue on my end (tried both speaker and earphones)
