I have mbl length thanks to twists and using grease also! Although I don’t have patience for a full head of single twists, I do 8-9 medium chunky ones in the back with 10-13 in a plaited design in the front, then tuck them into a thick bun. It works wonderfully for moisture and length retention! My top 3-4 greases are BB super gro max thickener, BB Olive Oil strengthener / isoplus Castor oil grease, and Palmer Olive oil gro therapy. 👍🏽🔥💪🏽
I always like how your hair turns out, sometimes i wish i had high desnity hair but do I really. I persoanlly can't do twist like this with my medium-low density because they would look sparse but I also enjoy the fact that it doesn't take me long to wash and style my hair
Me too but I still wear twists, I just do them on stretched hair and keep them in a ponytail or updo, which is extra protection, of course. I'm maximizing my limited density with low manipulation and keeping my hair organized, rather than allowing it the freedom to tangle up.
Rubberbands help some. I oil the length of my hair and put grease on my ends the week (5-6) days after I wash and retwist. The end up absorbing it, expanding and popping off by themselves, but the desired sleek look still happens.
Maybe I should start aplying grease to my hair You're Gorgeous Girl 😍 I use my hair in small twists and keep my hair moisturized I'm 5" or 4" from waist length. Thanks for the tips

You can also braid the root a few times down before you twist, that keeps them stretched
That’s what I normally do and roots still get frizzy.
