If there’s no talking I can get bored, and sometimes listening to someone who is talking about their life, telling a story, or giving affirmations is really comforting on stressful days.

I like having a personality behind the sounds - that's why I like whispering, too. If it's just sounds and nothing else, it feels so impersonal to me.
