@@WalkingbytheSpiritAlways Amen me to . He had angels with him and a bunch of keys on those old fashioned hoop 🗝️ rings. The portal he came out of was a wooden door 🚪. I seen birds in the background. It was awesome. Oooh. Boy I was totally in shock. 😅. He still had on a nice robe and nice leather roman sandals. He kept ringing the keys in my face and face😂😂😂. When I was young, I had an experience where I died (Pupils dilated and brain shut down and I felt my heart stop). When I died, I went through Judgement Day. At the end of this, I was on my hands and needs and a man was in front of me dressed in a white robe. I crawled up to Him and cried at His feet knowing that I was not worthy. I was absolutely afraid and ashamed and so I did not look up to His face. I was not worthy to look at His face. I just cried at His feet and kept saying I was sorry. He then said something to me, but I was too distressed at the time to be able to remember what He said as I thought I was about to be cast into the lake of fire. But next, I was back in my body alive.
Now some people say that I simply had a hallucination because I had had a drug overdose. I believe I died. But to be honest, I do not mind if they say that I didn't. What is important is that I was someone who scoffed at God beforehand and now I love Him as my Lord. There was a big change in me. A massive change. I was born again.
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony"

I remember having somewhat of a similar experience. Drugs were involved and i knew my life was a sinful mess. I kept saying I don’t want to die ! I don’t want to die! It was a scary experience. But once it was over, it was like the Lord was showing me I had to die in order to be Born Again With A New Heart.
I believe it’s our response to the conviction of the Holy Spirit that brings about New Life in us through the grace & mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. 2015 is the year that I can truly say I was born again.

Then you didn't die, because you're still alive. Explain to me how you "went through" judgement day when that day has not arrived and you have not been judged? Do not supplement the experience of your mind for the word of God. To say God revealed truth to you in your dreams is to deny the sufficiency of the word hes left you with, God does not bring people to him, to give them a message to bring back to tell people, he says hes already given them enough and they would not believe if he were to send you back.
I did not get to see him, but I did see his beautiful light that reached down and saved me from the eternal woe. I am forever changed. A new creature made in Christ. Thank you, Jesus, for letting me have a life loved by you.

Well, the bible says that in the last days, people will have dreams and visions. While we can't believe every person I do believe people have seen visions, the bible says it, so I believe it

Colossians 2:18-19
“Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind, and not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and
ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.”
This passage highlights the very means by which all cults and false religions base their teachings - upon dreams and visions and revelations that they supposedly have received, and yet their claims were false, since Jesus Christ is God’s final and complete revelation to mankind according to
Hebrew 1:1-2.
1 Corinthians 14:22,29
“So then tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe but to unbelievers; but prophecy is for a sign, not to unbelievers but to those who believe.” “Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others pass judgment.”
Whereas, tongues are a sign to Unbelievers….
and yet, conversely dreams and visions of Jesus supposedly speaking to these people have to be characterized as prophecy, and therefore we must also examine what God‘s word says about the purpose of prophecy - as being a sign - “not to unbelievers but to those who believe “.
Jeremiah 14:14-15
“Then the Lord said to me, “The prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. I have neither sent them nor commanded them, nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a false vision, divination, futility, and the deception of their own minds. 15 Therefore this is what the Lord says concerning the prophets who are prophesying in My name, although it was not I who sent them-yet they keep saying: ‘There will be no sword or famine in this land’-by sword and famine those prophets shall meet their end! “
Here we can see in the old testament evidence of lying dreams and deceitful visions and that they’re not from God.
Ezekiel 13:7-9
“Did you not see a false vision and speak a lying divination when you said, ‘The Lord declares,’ but it is not I who have spoken?”’”
Therefore, thus says the Lord God, “Because you have spoken falsehood and seen a lie, therefore behold, I am against you,” declares the Lord God. “So My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will have no place in the council of My people, nor will they be written down in the register of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel, that you may know that I am the Lord God.”
Notice how God refers to them as false prophets who are receiving these dreams and visions. There’s a reason for that. By contrast, they would be genuine prophets if they were receiving dreams and visions from God.
Lamentations 2:14
“Your prophets have seen for you False and foolish visions; And they have not exposed your iniquity So as to restore you from captivity, But they have seen for you false and misleading oracles.”
More biblical history of dreams and visions not coming from God. Weird huh?
2 Timothy 4:3-4
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.”
Oddly enough, this is talking about right now even still. We’re not past this part.
Do you not see that you’re creating a doctrine where there is none? Essentially you’re making an “anything goes” type situation.
In other words, if you had a dream in which “Jesus” told you that he’s gonna sit you on his right and Elvis Presley on his left… then by your standard - it must be true. By the same rationale you’re applying here, according to you, it must carry as much authority as God‘s word in scripture.
It’s funny how you don’t apply that principle in any other circumstance of your life with regard to dreams.… Except when it has to do with Jesus - who, for all intents and purposes, is nothing more than the Jesus of YOUR IMAGINATION.
Yes, just as Joseph Smith made up a Jesus of his own imagination as well, and so does the Buddhist and so do the Hare Krishnas and so do the Roman Catholics and yet all of these “Jesus” are not the Jesus of Scripture. They are merely a different Christ, of a different gospel, one that has no power to save.
So that verse that you twist it out of context-Acts 2:17 - 18
“And it shall be in the last days, God says, that I will pour forth of my spirit on all mankind and your sons and your daughter shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on my bond slaves, both men and women, I will in those days pour forth of my spirit and they shall prophesy.”
Yeah….You can’t use that as your one-size-fits-all Carte blanch. Wouldn’t you actually want to understand the correct context of the scripture before you totally pervert God‘s word? That seems reasonable, right?
It’s important to understand that this is Joel‘s prophecy and that it will not be completely fulfilled until the millennial kingdom. Notice how it indicates that all people will receive the Holy Spirit, meaning - everyone who enters the millennial kingdom will be redeemed. This is speaking with regards to a time that will come when God will use visions and dreams during the tribulation. As predicted by Joel 2:28-32. Though dreams and visions we’re not limited to believers, they were primarily reserved for prophets and apostles. Moreover, they are rare in the New Testament while quite frequent in the Old Testament. They were not considered normal in biblical times, nor should they be considered normal now.
Just remember when you try to use God’s word as a proof text for your own desires and ambitions…

You’re mixing truth with error my friend. Just because you have a dream - does that make it true or accurate?
Just because Jesus happens to be in your dream, does that mean it is undeniably the Jesus of scripture?
By what criteria are you even able to discern Whether your dreams should hold as much authority as scripture?
Is it your feelings that tell you this? Or is that scripture alone?
And if it’s scripture alone as your criteria, then I’m sorry, but your dreams don’t add up to the smallest hill of beans. They’re not even on the same playing field. In other words your dreams are just dreams and nothing more.
I’ve dreamt that I can fly. Should I expect myself to be able to just jump off the ground and start flying now?

You might be walking by the spirit… But it’s ANOTHER spirit. Not the Holy Spirit. You didn’t get any of that insight from Him.

No one has seen the face of Father God, but many have seen the face of God the Son. Our physical eyes can’t handle the brightness 🔆 of God and live. Though Jesus being God in the flesh we can see. Many have seen the preincarnate and risen Jesus.

I was saved when I cried out to Jesus while set upon by demons in a spiritual attack. In an instant, he chased the demons away. I fell asleep that night to a vision of myself sitting beside him on a park bench. The sun was warm, the air cool, and the grass and trees the rich green of spring. We said not a word, but his love permeated my being. I saw his form in this vision, but not his face. How I look forward to seeing his face!
Listening to these people honestly make me angry. This is why it's so, sooo important to allow the Holy Spirit guide you so Holy Spirit will protect you from charlatans. Holy Spirit will only let you hear the truth.

@@EnumaElish200 I'm not the person to whom you asked the question about defining charlatans is, but reading the definition of a charlatan reveals that someone who is a community organizer is very close to what the definition says a charlatan is.
I find it interesting that you should invoke the power of the Holy Spirit as a what, a spirit guide (?), when we have the word of God revealed to us in Holy Scripture to tell us what He requires of us. Read it and you will hear what God says. If you want to hear what God says in an audible voice then read it aloud.

Years ago I was far from the Lord but had praying parents. The Lord appeared in my room so bright I couldn’t see his face but I knew it was him. I couldn’t move. He said “The fear of the Lord is the begining of knowledge”. It was years later when that verse came back to me when a demon grabbed me out of my bed and was dragging me to hell. I cried out Save me Jesus and immediately I was released. I totally surrendered every thing to Christ. Praise God for his incredible grace. Repent today and trust in Jesus before it’s too late.
That wasn't Jesus that appeared in your room. If it was Jesus, you would've been filled with dread and awe, and you would've fell at His feet on your face worshipping Him and very much afraid. All these things are what happened to people in the Bible and much more, and that's just when they encountered angels. If you have read your Bible, you would know what I'm describing.

Jesus appeared to many people after His resurrection. It happened to me that He was in my room. I couldn't see Him physically with my eyes, but from His presence I could tell He was in front of me. It happened after I called out to Him multiple times in joy in my room for several days. It was just for a couple of seconds. Maybe 5. I felt such an unimaginable holiness. It felt incredible, but I couldn't think straight, except: "Just one or two more seconds, and I will definitely die." Because the holiness was so strong. He then disappeared. Out of stress, i grabbed a cigarette (i was still smoking at that time), and in that moment it tasted so disgusting. The next day i quit smoking because the holiness still affected me, and they kept tasting bad. Glory to Jesus, our God.
Facts. He still is. Lots of people are coming out because of social media. This Is the proof that God will pure out is spirit. He still showing himself as the flesh. He 6 ft tall

@greywisker3180 people claim to see Gods, aliens, and Bigfoot all the time. Yet in this day of phones, we never get any video evidence of these claims.
Christ came to me in response to my cry for help.
I was a new convert and was under the allure and temptation of the Mormon church. I was cycling through a prideful desire for potential power (at the time I thought I was the same as Jesus) when I opened my eyes I saw a humanoid shadow holding my right hand. This terrified me and I turned my head and cried out to Jesus to save me from this thing. Immediately there was a blinding light to my left and a man who I could not see standing in the middle of a circular beam that was coming towards me. I was in my patio and behind a screen and this image seemed to be completely unconcerned for the material world around me. My ears were roaring and it sounded like a waterfall was all around me when the phrase "made not begotten" was placed in my mind. Within about 10 seconds the whole ordeal was done and I was alone again.
After this event I was physically drained for almost a week and my entire body felt like I had the most intense workout for a few days.
I'd never use this experience to get money, but it solidified my knowledge that the Mormon church is the church of Satan. God bless y'all, and rejoice because we have been made children of God!
Why is this a surprise? The Lord sent many people visions & dreams throughout the Bible. Who shut the mouths of the lions? Who told Joseph to flee to Egypt? God is the same yesterday, today & forever. What we know of God's character, would Him giving visions & dreams of Heaven & Hell be out of the possibility of what He would do?
The major problem is that people with these visions and dreams are usually unsound theologically and end up giving false prophesies, lead people astray and wanting your money at the end.

Ask him questions, and HE will answer his children. What good father would give his child a poisonist snake. None, so if an earthly father would give good gifts to his children, how much better will a good GOD give his children. The holy spirit is a gift.

Right. His last appearance per the Gospel was to John in His Revelation, at which point He told us exactly when he would next appear on earth, at the end with His return. But He warned us repeatedly of both false prophets and "false Christs", all with false messages "to deceive, if possible, even the elect. "

Do you see verse 13? Where Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, says that ALL 5 offices(Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist pastors and teachers) ALL started together, and according to verse 13, will END together. NO where in this passage did the Holy Spirit tell Paul that Apostles and Prophets would cease, yet the other 3 would continue.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ, He is our advocate and comforter.

Jesus appeared in Genesis 18 together with two angels that continued to Sodom in Genesis 19:1 Jesus also appeared in Genesis 32:24-30 and in Acts 9:4-6 and also in all the four gospels. Jesus appeared before he was born, while he was on earth, and after he was resurrected. So why is it hard to believe he can appear to people?
Because there is people out there who have made false claims about seeing Jesus, for fame and attention.

He can veil His glory at those times. We certainly do have to be cautious & discerning about any of these accounts.
Because those are all explained in scripture with a purpose for the Kingdom, not here. Any other reason, adding to or taking away from the Gospel, is anathema, and especially not for things that don't agree with the Word (one of His many names) and not for things to do with the mundane. He told us many false Christs would appear along with the false prophets, all of them with false messages. Even if the message at the moment seems 'good', it makes it easier for the next false Christ to be believed. He told us exactly when we would see Him again, and, from His Revelation to John forward, it's not until His return.

That's during the Tribulation. Today as we wait on the rapture, people can have dreams and visions of seeing Jesus but not God the Father.

Remember how Jesus told Thomas that he believed because he saw the risen Lord with wounds? But yet Jesus praised those who would believe on Him and yet saw no sign or wonder. Jesus called them blessed.

Many people friom muslims countries came to Christ saying that they saw a man of light coming to them, called Jesus. Some of them died for the sake of the gospel.. so they clearly met Jesus, not a deceptive spirit. (but of course not everyone saying they saw him are telling the truth.)

Obviously not, as the bible does not contradict itself. So it does seem that after jesus said those words, he still appeard to people. If he did that after his death 2000 years ago, there is no reason He would stop doing it (unless it is written somewhere in scriptures, and I honestly don't know of any scriptures saying that)

Years ago I was going through a time of turmoil, and I laid down to sleep. I said, I can't take it anymore. When I fell asleep Jesus began to pull me out of my body and I could see my body on the bed. Then Jesus, spoke in my left ear and said these words (because I was experiencing the peace of heaven) this is the peace that awaits you and all who believe in Me. Then I returned to my body. I didn't see Jesus but His message to me was clear. The gospel of peace needs to be shared with a lost and dying world. Be reconciled to God

When I was in a Charismatic circle few years ago, I had friends who saw Jesus either on a regular basis or everyday. I used to wonder how come I couldn't see Him. Was it because I was a new convert? Thanks to the Lord. When God reached out His hand and turned me around, I now don't have to listen to those anymore and don't have to doubt myself anymore.
He reveals himself sometimes differently to people. He has revealed himself to me 2 times in my life. He didn't show his face to me the last time but was very tall. Just as the gentleman said. The first time he showed himself to me I was a child about 5 or 6 yrs old. He had a royal purple sash around him. His eyes are so blue like the colors of all the oceans . He really has holes in his hands and feet.

Remember the Rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16? So many people are making money because they say that God allowed them to go to Hell and then come back to warn people. NO WAY would God allow that! And in these Last Days prior to His Coming, we are also seeing people saying, I saw Jesus. What does the Scripture say? Let God be true, but every man a liar!!!
God is giving people ample warnings. I am one of the people God gave a clear picture of Hell to and I can say I never wanted it but it was very real.
But I know now looking back I have a call on my life to warn people in these days of the deception we are seeing and Hell is very real.

I'll be careful to dispel people's testimony of their encounters with the Lord. I think the portrayal of those video clips of those people speaking about their visitations is not fair. The last clip of that sect is worrying though.

It’s wrong to lump people who’ve had near death experiences with the guy at the end who claims to be Jesus. Too many documented cases of NDEs. I would recommend the book Imagine Heaven.
Also, several yrs ago I was sitting on my couch meditating on God’s love & I went into a trance. The Holy Spirit had uttered thru my mouth “Reveal your love to me” and Jesus embraced me and I could feel the intensity of His love & power. I couldn’t see His face, He just hugged me. If God wants to reveal Himself in supernatural ways, who are you to say He can’t? I hope you’re not a cessationist.

They are telling the truth. They had visions. When the Lord shows himself he does come to us through the cloud of glory and when I saw him he was shining so bright I could not make out his face in it.

Ray, the ONLY THING that I see missing in all of your presentations is the resurrection. That is the heart of the gospel. In the book of Acts every sermon contained the resurrection. That is the Blessed Hope.

Ray, the scriptures tell us clearly that many saw the risen Christ after his resurrection. I have had many visions over the years. And I have had a vision of Him. I’m not lying about this experience. It brought me comfort and fear at the same time. He was directing me through a terrible trial and everything He told me to do He made possible for me to do through Him. God is spirit and we worship Him in Spirit and truth. His word is truth and nothing is impossible for Him or us when we are in Him and with Him. Thanks for all you do.

Bible says all will see Jesus , similar to way ,( i believe literally lightning will be involved [ long story]) lightning moves from one side of the sky to the other.
So, the posited question is , " Can Jesus present Himself in bodily human form to another person? Or, does Scripture make that an impossibility?".

In The Kingdom Of Heaven Jesus says He will drink wine. Heaven is given physical dimensions if a 1500 mi cube.
I think the most obvious implication is that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit ( who is most often referred to as " God")
are one, but only the Son is visible, ( Light, Son Of Man, Stone, True Light, Daystar ..., ) and has been , ie, " was", seen in human form in the past.
I believe the Bible implicates the Messiah " is to come" in bodily human form and rule from Mt. Zion.
[ While also remaining " in the clouds" with the "Enoch-ed" Church. Can God, in Christ, be in two places at once? Can the Church? The Bible says this is already the case. ]
That only leaves the present. Is He the same now, as He was, and is to come?

But, many Muslims report that a dream from Jesus played part in their salvation. I believe that these dreams are more likely to be genuine.

@muppetonmeds what you just described is the Gospel of God. The Bible says that even the angels desire to look into this thing. That verse would have people believe that muslims love the Jesus of our Bible and we all know they don't love that Jesus. But take that same verse and invert it and you'll see what is awaiting them that hate Jesus. And that is, "no eye has seen nor ear has heard the terrible things that God has prepared for those that hate Him". There is also a Bible verse that states, "if any man does not love the Lord Jesus let him be accursed".

Not saying that I personally believe all these visions, BUT Paul seen Jesus on the road to Damascus. The apostle John seen Jesus on the Isle of Patmos. I think the problem Ray has, like ALL cessationist, is that God ceased to be God after the last original apostles. They believe God does NOT move in power anymore. They actually deny the moving power of God. They deny that Apostles and Prophets are for today, yet in Ephesians 4, Paul states that ALL 5 anointings or offices, ALL started together, and will END together. The cesssationism is a doctrine of demons.
Ephesians 4:11 And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature(W) measured by Christ’s fullness.
Look at verse 13, the word UNTIL.....no where does Paul separate Apostles and Prophets from Evangelist, Pastors or teachers. YET ALL cessationist do.

But I have a doubtful case. My little sweetheart, Mylène (four years old) is the second of three children. The first died after three months of life. The third hadn't been born yet, but would die a few days after birth. Mylène knew what was going to happen and she was very sad. One night she fell asleep. She woke up and went to her father. She said: 'The Lord Jesus was in my room. Her father replied: 'Yes, and what did He say? Mylène said: "I will be with you all your days, to the end of time.” I think it is possible that the Lord, in His mercy, revealed Himself in this way.

We are called, but not to be a prophet or celebrity preacher, or false christ or and so forth.

No voices, visits, angel feathers or rainbows needed. We are called. Believe it.

After watching Ray Comfort video for a few years something just came to me. In almost every video the person doesn't understand anything about the moral Law, yet when get to the part where he says, "what did God do for guilty sinners so they wouldn't have to go to hell", almost everyone knows that God gave his only Son on the cross. Which means they have heard of Jesus but don't fully comprehend the Gospel.

Not too long ago I had a dream where I was sat on the roof of my flat's building in the dark, and I saw a man approaching, as he got closer I jumped down and waited for him to walk by me, I don't remember what he looked like or if he or I said anything, but I saw his hands which had nail marks in them and felt so upset I instantly burst into tears, which woke me up. For some weeks afterwards I couldn't sing a Christian hymn with reference to Jesus's hands or feet without getting tearful. I don't think of it as a vision or that I actually saw Jesus in my flesh, I just think of it as a lovely poetic dream the Holy Spirit kindly gave me 👍I agree its good to skeptical 👍

Definitely! Jesus appears to people in dreams and visions! In fact in Iran He is appearing to non believers who then seek out the scriptures! He may not appear in all of His glory but in different visions that people can receive! On the road to Emmaus, his disciples didn’t recognize him until they broke bread! With God , all things are possible! Some testimonies may be fake but you can’t throw out those that are real!
I love Ray, BUT he is a cessantionist. They believe that Apostles and Prophets are NOT for today, yet in Ephesians 4, Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, says that Jesus Himself gave Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and teachers. And that they ALL started together, and that they will ALL end together. No where in this passage did Pau say that Apostles and Prophets would end and the others would continue. Cessantionism is a doctrine of demons.

God loves you and wants a relationship with you. He doesnt love your sin but God did something amazing. For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten Son that whosoever would believe in him would never perish but have everlasting life. Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came as God in the flesh. He lived a perfect sinless life. He taught people who to live and treat others. He was hated and was crucified and died on a cross for your sins, was buried and was resurrected on the 3rd day. We cant die for our own sins because we are not good people and needed a perfect sacrifice,in our place. Gods standard is perfection. Jesus taught to love your neighbor as yourself and to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. Us as humans are selfesh and rather love ourselves and the things that benefit us. Jesus said if your eye causes you to sin pluck it out. He also taught that hating someone in your heart is murdering them in Gods eyes and that lusting after someone is commiting adultery. Jesus loves you very much and can give you peace, love and joy. He can deliver you from addictions, suicidal thoughts and depression just like he did me. Repentance must be made though which is changing our mind and turning away from sin and changing the way we are going. We must be remorseful for sinning against a just and holy God who loves us and gave his life for us and was beaten, spit on and mocked so we can forgiven of our sins. Cry out to Jesus to forgive you of your sins confess Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved from Hell and be given Holy Spirit to dwell inside you and help you life a holy life.1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God. The first woman on the video lies, every time in the Bible someone who saw Jesus Christ is sure He is Jesus Christ even demons recognise Him. But this woman said she was not sure is this Jesus or not....
It was definitely a demonic manifestation that she saw, she just doesn't know that it was.
They are all their own images of Jesus, their own creation of him. Well aware of it as I have had it myself but aware it is of my own making. Putting it all in my own power. The stories are full of pride in themselves as their story. I believe a true real meeting of Jesus has us on our knees weeping. I believe there are ways of being reached as when I came to Jesus Christ to be born again it had felt He had been calling me quite loudly but the truth is, that could just be the Holy Spirit and then my interpretation of it. I like to think it was God’s angel and I know Jesus Christ loves me and wants me in His kingdom and I am so grateful and humble for what He has done for me.

Ray I listen to all your videos. Some I have listened to ten or more times. I read a book , Imagine The God of heaven it has documented truth about people that had NDE s . Several of these people were Muslims who came back following Jesus Christ as their savior and became pastors. One of them had several attempts on his life because he would not stop talking about Jesus, even his own father tried to kill him twice so he had to leave his family. Several of them had horrible experiences and came back, putting their faith in Jesus Christ, and also having family members who left them because they were so strong in their witnessing about Jesus I would really like your opinion about this book if you would read it with an open mind or actually don’t read it with an open mind, because I didn’t think much of it till after I read the whole book. Thanks so much for what you do. It has really helped me in my walk with Jesus Christ..
Jesus said what’s up my dude and slapping His knees and burst out laughing. These people are reducing the Lord to mere moral (human). What they saw was demonic spirits manifesting as angels of light.
