Not even in the long term as long as this mono-producer system remains in place

This man is just talking n0nsense, how can price reduce due to market forces in the long term when NNpc is now the sole buyer and sole distributor?

Dangote has been exporting most of his products from the refinery and petrochemical complex

He is only dancing around in circles, the systems in place are not made to work for any affordable PMS and other products.
The country's abundant resources are controlled against any benefits to its industries or populace.

Your country is under a severe course, nothing's gonna work, forget about the country, face your personal life, if you have enough resources, plan to escape from here with your lovely family to better place where your dreams and your children's dreams will flourish, today is better, tomorrow will be worse, Nigeria is structured to have a better yesterday.

There was never going to be affordable petrol but it’s going to be cheap if we get it from dangote (please learn the difference between affordable and cheap) the one that ipman are complaining about buying dangote fuel at N950 should stop moaning since we all know it’s rubbish they import at N869. Moreover no one’s saying anything over the fact they are buying at N950 from dangote yet they want to sell petrol at N1250 that’s a that’s a 32% premium mark up for nothing besides being a distributor. Yet people would focus on the wrong thing. Petrol all over the world is being sold at over $1.40/L convert that and see if that’s affordable. So before you scream monopoly please understand that the real problem comes from the people who buy and distribute the products. After we tackle those thieves then we can come back for aliko but till then no one should complain about the refinery price when the retailers are obviously price gouging.

It is high time these our so called experts stop insulting our collective intelligence by coming out to tell us balderdash as regards the price of Dangote's PMS . In the short time the Dangote Refinery is expected to enjoy certain tax rebates in the first five years of operations to assist in reducing the overheads in order to prepare the refinery for profitability. Therefore if the price at inception is exorbitant while enjoying tax rebates that will lower the production costs is it when the refinery is made to pay the expected tax returns that the price will now be affordable? I wont be surprised if these analysts were engaged to do the bidding of Dangote Refinery and NNPC..
