I came here after watching Tohoku University Gospel Band 2023 Summer Live "SOLEADO". They sing this in every concert including that night, but there are no Christians in the band! May they know that God is truly good one day!
When I was like 4 my daycare held a program with the local church and it was basically like summer camp but we also sang church songs and learned about Jesus through song and i think after about a month we performed the songs we learned for our parents and then we got a dvd full of the songs we learned with little kids singing them on a set made to look like a camp and this was the song that I loved singing and listening to the most. I’m not religious now but this song has been living in my head for the past 14 years and I’m so glad I finally found it
First, I feel honored that God has given me the ability to play the bass guitar. Second, I feel privileged that God has allowed me to use that ability to express my love for him through playing the bass at my church these past 14 years. And third, I can't wait to play this song, again, this Sunday in church! At 64 years old, I may not be the funkiest bass player, but, I can seriously say, that this song moves me in ways that only the spirit knows!
