Another great study tip is to create breaks while studying.
Eg: for 1hr of studying (according to your convenience) take 5 -10 mins of break. You could do with a quick snack or music or even remembering what you have learner or anything you want.
This will help you create many beginnings and ends and it will calm your mind and it will help you remember the things you have learner well.

Just take a few mins and go to a calm place with a note and pen and write down all you have learned in the past hour /day in small points.
This will help you remember them easily

Myself pruthvi, I am an engineering student. Mam i get rumination of past and future as in when i am studying.
I get more of future rumination which is related to making projects,achieving big things which is a good one and rarely past once which demotivates sometimes

How did it go?
for me, I temporarily delete all the apps which give me distraction. so even if i want to check something and pick up my phone then i realize that I deleted them a eventually go back to my study. this trick was useful for me.

It's just about setting up goals and some time management, i Devide the portion into two parts and set a time goal to complete each one of it. With that of it i easily score 70-85% of Marks. it's never gonna happen in a minute but i can be happened within a couple of hours 🙃
