I just realized that the actual "It's A Small World" song fits in really well with the lesson of banding together against the apocalypse, the first paragraphs of the song is literally "Its a world of laugher, and a world of TEARS, its a world of hope and a world of FEARS

Just imagine a man walking through a busted up and broken Disney land holding a gun. The first person to visit the scene of broken dreams after a big war and this is playing through all the broken and fixed speakers as some of it is burnt to a crisp while other bits are grown over by bushes and tree's, he sheds a tear knowing he will probably be the last person to be in here. So he slowly drags himself to the it's a small world ride.he sits down and enjoys the ride. As this music plays. The anamatronics are dead. And well he closes his eyes. And smiles.he dies from all the radiation in the area. He was aware. He just wanted to die happy.

This song felt like a lullaby as a comfort for the victim of the park, it's trying to soothe you with its tune but the memories of tragedy still attach strongly
Honestly, with the picture accompanying the music I can't help but just imagine what awful turn of events has left what I'm assuming is a father and his daughter stranded in some hell-scape of a circus where all other people have just up and vanished, leaving everything to run on in the pouring rain. And even though there's no one around, things like fireworks still go off at scheduled times, rides still run, and music still plays but no matter how fast you move towards it you can never find who is behind them, that single other soul.

Just imagine in a post apocalyptic world you're with supplies and a rifle and you see Disney land just in ruins and start to remember the times you went there with your family and gf it makes you want to go on your knees and cry knowing their gone and the happiest place on earth is now a ruins

Tbh, whenever I hear this version of "It's a small world", I imagine abandoned characters all sitting in an abandoned, decaded place, all sad and depressed, remembering good times when they were happy, while one of them plays this tune on a not correct sounding piano, because that's all they can do to keep them somewhat sane in this hell. And I always get sad when I imagine this :(

Im imagining a lone guy finding himself going to Disney World and realizing he's the only one there, he should be having fun, feeling relaxed that there's no crowds to get into the attractions, but instead he's getting creeped out and unsettled, since there is theme park music coming on and off, and there's the slight feeling of someone watching him

Imagine you are riding it's a small world at Disneyland at night all by yourself and you're the only person in Disneyland. the ride is completely dark and you have no idea what's going to happen and you just hope to god that for the next eight minutes or so you don't get killed by evil things lurking in the darkness just around you

You know people and children would have nightmares about Disneyland if they hear or listen to this "It's a Small World" song and they would dreamed that Disneyland was abandoned and destroyed, and they would believe that there are ghosts lurking in the shadows around in the middle of the night, and they would believe or think that Disneyland is now a haunted theme park and something horror is about to happen.

Honestly this doesn't sound creepy at all to me..almost depressing or bittersweet if anything. I think it sounds beautiful and peaceful. Reminds me of my childhood. My parents bought me a Disney themed crib as a baby that played the "its a small world" theme constantly and it would lull me to sleep. Difference was it sounded more music box-ish and clear. This version reminds me of those easier days so long gone..like a faded and distant happy memory.
The childhood nostalgia completely faded away. Sorta like an old picture that is fading away into blankness to never be once remembered. :-(

This sounds melancholy if or bittersweet. Yes, if you heard this in the middle of the night you’d be jumping out of your skin, but if you use it in the right way, this song is also very beautiful.
Some say this is more sad than creepy; I see it as both. It's definitely one of my favourite reworks by Myuuji.
It somehow makes me envision this scenario; a long abandoned home, decaying, with a former owner returning for nostalgia and to explore the ruins. Yet as they are leaving, this discorded tune begins to play on the old piano. Venturing into the dingy and rotting music room, the former tenant is greeted with the sight of a skeletal fiend, seated and playing the out-of-tune piano, until cracking their neck to turn and grin at the unfortunate, and uninvited, guest.

This sounds more sad to me along with the beautiful artwork. I can imagine that this dude and the girl are father and daughter in an apocalyptic world. The daughter has read books of Disneyland, where thousands of families would go to. She was promised by the father to go. An old and abandoned Disneyland, rides rusted and nature has taken most of the land back however the electricity still works only for a time enough to show the daughter this magical land. Just the father and daughter alone enjoying their time in Disneyland, away from fighting, scavenging, killing, all these things they considered their normal. When they explore this Disneyland, the father finally gets to see what he hasn't seen from his daughter. Only for this short amount of time does he see her be a normal girl enjoying this small world what is to be considered the happiest place on Earth.
So the last of us except it takes place in Disney world?

"Mommy, Daddy, where are we going ?" "Surprise ! We're taking you to Disneyland !" I squeal and hug both of you, nearly crying tears of joy, thanking you endlessly. Going to Disneyland has always been my dream, I wanna go and see all the pretty princesses and princes and the magical castle ! "Mommy, why are you crying ?" "It's tears of joy, baby." I hug both of you once again, a huge smile on my face before getting in the car.
This scene is replayed in my head while I wait for you. It's starting to get dark and I'm scared. "Mummy ! Daddy !" I cry out. All I can hear are a few dogs barking from the woods; I've been here for hours already, when will you realize you forgot me here when we stopped at that rest area?

This piece is full of sorrow rather than creepiness. Listening to this piece along with the picture you presented makes me think of a post-apocalyptic world, destroyed by some reason. I think of a dad and daughter living in this world, and the dad takes the daughter to an abandoned theme park to try to escape the reality and suffering currently happening in the world. He buys her a balloon, and they spend what little time they have left together watching fireworks in the sky.
Thinking about this story more and more made me realize that putting Hopper and Eleven from Stranger Things in this situation made the story way more depressing. Imagine a nuclear bomb is sent to Hawkins in a last effort attempt to get rid of all of the Demogorgons that have invaded Hawkins. Hopper takes Eleven to the park to try to make her happy again, and they spend the little time they have left in the park. Hopper and Eleven are holding each other, as they watch the bomb explode in the night sky. In just a few moments, Hopper, Eleven, and the entire town of Hawkins is gone forever.

With the picture
The little girl keeps dragging her dad all around the park, super excited about everything, and every now and again. Saying something a kid normally shouldn't say "I haven't ran like this in years" "I almost forgotten what a merry go round is like" and really just dragging dad every which way with this playing in the background the fireworks start and she starts breaking down with the shot fading in and out like an old movie. And she tells him that she doesn't want this dream to end, and that she doesn't want to go back to being alone, that she had just gotten him back. He's crying by this point too, and a flatline sounds in the background long enough for her to realize what's happening, he tells her "you won't be alone anymore" and as he takes her hand black wings erupt from his back and the song slowly comes to an end with all the lights in the park shutting down as the song ends and the girl and " dad" watch the last of the fireworks together crying. And when it all finally fades black. A man says four words

Just imagine...
It's been a few years since a nuclear war devastated the earth. You're a survivor wondering in the formal state of Florida and you come across the abandoned Magic Kingdom. Tears of nostalgia come running down your face and you remember the time when your entire family visited this place when you were just a kid. You decided to walk into the park and you see that most of the rides are damaged and decayed beyond belief. There's some electricity running in the park somehow and you come across the "it's a small world" ride and that it still is operational. You grin a sad but happy grin as you know what you want to do. You walk to the boarding area and one of the damaged boats comes up, you sigh as you get inside and put the safety latch down yourself. Finally, the boat begins to move and you see the damaged remains of the ride. All the animatronics are malfunctioning or not moving but the song plays normal. You finally smile, the first true smile you've had in the last five years. Tears start running down your face as you remember how you rode this ride with your family and how you wish they were with you right now. Sadly, they didn't not survive the nuclear war and are just part of your memory now. The ride finally comes to a stop and you disembark and walk outside the ride. You take one last look of the ride as you start to cry. You smile a genuine but sad smile and you quietly say to yourself "those were the days" before you finally leave the park one last time.

@@ThighFishnot all of them are that bad, I always found them cute but that’s what Mary Blair wished the dolls to be I feel like the problem if is the dolls are about 50-40 years old (if we’re talking about Florida and not the others) and the dolls are not easy to replace, once one “dies” they can’t fix it and have to make a new one or countdown on which ones are left, because a lot of the dolls are really hard to fix and so on a lot of them will have lazy eyes or don’t blink unfortunately and if you do wanna count the California dolls... they’re definitely over 50, irreplaceable and in fact have “hearts” inside them.. I mean if you need any doll facts I’m the guy to go
I played this a day before COVID lockdown happened On March 12, 2020 and I thought to myself this song sounds like something out of an apocalypse, pandemic or war. It’s December 19, 2022 and my life hasn’t been the same ever since that day.
There's more, actually. Palestine is being invaded by Israel, supplied by the US. Food supplies are cut off, medical supplies are cut off, so now it's only a matter of time before it's too late.
And...let's not forget the fact that Ukraine is being invaded by Russia.
If i was right, the reason why Israel launches an attack on Palestine all goes back to 2023. Back then, Israel had an advanced anti-air defense (idk what it's called) that can shoot anything down, including missiles.
But Hamas managed to find a way to overcome it. Because it can only focus on one target, by launching all the missiles at the same time, the radar that gives the target info to the AA gun is confused and starts to malfunction.
And what do you do when someone decides to mess around with you? Of course, by retaliating, just like what Israel did. And to this day, the siege is still ongoing.
Represents to what Disney is currently doing, breaks my heart as a life-long Disney fan.

My mother, someone in her 60s, told me that years ago until 2000-2010 Disney was a very respected company. She told me this with nostalgia after seeing how it is today with mediocre and bad movies and ridiculous controversies in that conversation this song could fit.

Imagine you wake up one day knowing your a kid and going to Disney world, you get there and spend the entire day, but right as your about to leave you turn around and don’t see your mother or father, you don’t see anyone in fact. The park was evacuated without you knowing as your innocent mind runs around the now forever locked up park trying to find your parents while endlessly screaming for your mother and father, and as the days go by you try to scavenge what food you can at the park. As the days go more more and more, your supply grows smaller and smaller until there’s nothing left as your weakened body collapses on a bench
You’ve been here for years, you’ve grown up here. Alone. Abandoned.

This is my tenth time at Disneyland, I'm so lucky. I still remember the first time I came here, such good memories. I pass through the crowds excitedly for rides and attractions, they never notice me, I just can't get enough. I've made a few friends every time I have been here, most recently is a girl around my age, her name is Elspeth. There is one ride that I do not like, it's The Small World one, because, that's the one I died on, ten years ago...

This brings back so many memories...
The year is 2060 the apocalypse is here and you scavenge for supplies. One day you find an abandoned Disney world and decide to enter, as you enter you hear the “it’s a small world” over the speakers. Continuing your walk around you look all over the place and remember all the great times you had with friends, family, and just fun in general, after you remembered all those great times a tear runs down your cheek, you then collapse on your knees and cry about how this place was abandoned, you get that sudden flashback of the final hours of the park as you cry as a child for this place being closed for good. After the flashback you get a sudden feeling that you’re weak, you’re starving to death. There is no time left to scavenge for food so you then fall flat on the ground smiling as you take you’re taking your last breaths and before you died, you smile, dying happily.
