I’ll tell you the truth about Barry Jenkins's Expatriate, The project was going to be a collaboration between Barry Jenkins and Chadwick Boseman but unfortunately Boseman died on August 28th, 2020, because of a 4-year battle of cancer. The project was already in significant limbo prior because Jenkins and Boseman were never able to proceed in developing the project to any great lengths because of their busy schedules. The project will more then likely be abandoned as the project was more than Boseman’s idea then Jenkins.
