Nico describing himself as a kid with ADHD, is like hearing my own childhood being told to me... I had to struckle with my ADHD as a kid, but back then kids with ADHD was looked upon as kids who didn't want to learn anything, and I specifficly remember a teacher saying to me, that I was a problemchild and that there was no real point in, trying to teach me anything, as I would never get very far in life anyway... I'm now 53, has 3 great kids (all with ADHD), and was educated as a painter in 91 and as a watchmaker in 09. I have been in a lot of different work areas in my life, and as Nico, failed in most of them, but when I'm sitting at my desk taking a watch apart, I'm somehow able to disconnect from every problem in my life, and just focus at the piece (mostly many pieces) of work infront of me, and it's kind of therapeutic, at least for me. I can relate to this man on so many levels 🙂
I have a lot of respect for Nico, he followed his passion its a lesson to us all. Many successful entrepreneurs find the education system difficult and thrive outside of it.

I love Nico. He got me into watches and all things horology. Before I thought Rolex was the end all be all.. Now I’m loving my watches like my Casio, Tissot, Tudor, Omega. I even love learning about different complications and vintage pieces.

Drop everything, do something you love. At 40 I can say this is the best advice. I was unfortunately 34 when I decided to change, force myself to have no backup plan and switch careers. It's not necessarily about starting your own company, not can also be doing something you love that didn't feel like work that gives you new opportunities and hopefully be able to work towards a better wage

But you control it to your advantage and provide a 💯 security, stability for all what is important to you. Answering all your questions in times of doubt . I Believe . Common sense tells me only yourself and your inner circle. Really know and need to know about personal up and downs. Great stream 👍
lovely podcast, but the cut felt really odd. I think it was cutting the cursing that really made it weird, feels like it's constantly skipping forward, would be probably less annoying if it was bleeped (although that would make it funny given how many bleeps it would be in succession)
