i think what the beta squad guys have realized very quickly is that their best asset is themselves. Put six of them in a room together and they'll create magic out of just conversations. They build so well off of each other, meaning a lot of different content ideas will always be anchored by the boys and their electric chemistry
That's how most groups work honestly. It's why the SIDEMEN were successful, why dude perfect, etc are. That's the real magic is the ppl themselves. However what a lot of people don't realize is that that is just the basic foundation. Putting effort into the background stuff is what takes you to that next level
