I love watching your tool restorations. I have my Great-grandfather's hand tools including 8 planes, 7 hand saws from coarse to fine, 4 braces and bits including 3 adjustable bits, a drawknife, and a Stanley mitrebox and saw from the early 1900's (i think). I feel like someone should be using them. They are all in fine shape but wouldnt suffer from sharpening. Can you help me find a home for them? I live in the US in Washington state.

Well feck. I'm only a county or two over the way and I never knew this was a thing! I've only ever seen trad crafts at the occasional fleadh or much smaller heritage day event - you'd be hard pressed to find ONE person or stall with some traditional crafts amongst the performances!
That mobile forge looks class altogether. I'll have to add this to the calendar for next year, looks like great craic :)

After hearing it so many times in succession, I find myself wondering what "I'm after" means in Irish slang. We heard all sorts of variants of it, today, and it's got a sort of musicality to it that I really like.
