Then, to top it off, he flees the scene. Cold-blooded murder. Ironically, the camera would have helped the driver if he had stayed and assisted the kid after the initial collision. @@sparky3869 Yes, the van driver became a murderer. But if the kid had just looked behind himself ONCE and let the van pass by before crossing lanes, he would be alive today.
@@zantigar Look more closely, the child looked before he crossed. He crossed not know the driver would be on the wrong side of the road.
Rip beautiful soul 😢🙏🌹
What? Why "beautiful" soul? Did you know that kid?
my cousin saw this
And?
@@or2ak "And?" 🤓 he witnessed the death
@@zflea
And?
What's your point that a cousin was there?
@@or2ak yea he witnessed him getting hit
AWESOME!
The kid went in the middle of the road. Poor van driver he even moved to the other lane ,i feel so bad hes probably going through many many things right now. Doesnt justify what he did but its definitely tough situation
Van backed up and purposely hit him again. That was not by accident
My friend died and ur sorry for the driver. Idiot.
I live 5 mins from there
Congratulations, want a cookie?
Shut up
That’s not how u ride a bike. It’s sad tho that’s why when I’m driving pass anyone on a bike I take another lane over to go pass them the driver should’ve stop and not drive away that’s on the driver even tho the kid ride in the car path
His football coach is my dad.
Rip 🙏 🕊️
Rip my boy, although I didn't know you that well, you we're still a homie to me and sports was always fun with you I pray for him and his family
Watch- i wouldn't be surprised if this is an illegal immigrant
So ur saying he deserved it?? Ur disgusting and he was very much a legal immigrant thank you very much!
…….?
@@Arkended need more context
*He was clearly at fault, that is irrefutable, video does not lie.*
But the driver should have stopped and call 911.
Its the kids fault. Maybe learn how to ride a bike. Zero sympathy.
I hope you would experience half of the pain the parents are, the kid wasnt in the wrong. the kid was trying to switch lanes becuase he was intimitated by the driver. Not in the wrong
@@therealmacho Kid was in the wrong! If he had looked back just ONCE, he might have waited for the van to pass before crossing the street and still be alive today!
It’s a 2 lane road idiot the car can not cross over under any circumstances
@@zantigarThe van was speeding. Drunk driver too.
@@Arkended Yes, the van driver was drunk and murderous - but the kid was at least partly at fault. From the beginning, he should have stayed on the right side of the street and allowed the van to pass before suddenly crossing over to the other side. If he hadn't been so careless and hasty, he would be alive today! But bikers are often like that - they jump in front of cars without looking back and expect the drivers to suddenly slow down or stop. In this case, the kid crossed in front of a drunk driver and gave him the opportunity to commit murder.
Era um brasileiro. 😢
That’s intentional. That kid maybe did something to the van driver.
Thanks Detective 🤡
Excellent observation, this was no accident.
driver was town's local drunk he was arrested last night
Bro i know the kid he was my classmate he did nothing to nobody.
Looks to me he was trying to act tough and swerved in front of the van while staring back at them.
Yup these kids on bikes own the road you didn’t know?
@@P2Feener305 not where I live, they’ve actually been taught that you look both ways before crossing, and double check while crossing. Not look right at them as you cut them off while they’re going 40 mph.
Hope they keep him in prison when they get him
Hope the driver gets away with it - teach these reckless kids to look behind before changing lanes!
Just a fun fact: most bicycle fatalities occur during DAYLIGHT hours, with or without a bike helmet. Been riding bikes and e bikes on and off in NYC for 60 yrs, your actually safer between the early hrs of the morning.
Yooo man really this is way I don’t wanna ride my bike anymore these drivers don’t care nyc been getting in dirt bike riders put a end too these madness I feel bad for him and his family what a horrible story I’m so sorry 😢 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Drivers don’t care? Looks like the driver tried to stop…but the one that owned the road didn’t care he crossed right in front of the van like he was the king of the road.
Bikes should ridden in a park not in the streets
That’s kid fault!
The driver was drunk and purposely backed up and hit him again
Something smells here 🐟🐟🐠🐠
This looked intentional. I hope they find the driver. RIP kid 🙏
Yes, especially 0:25 when front of the van goes down after applying hard brakes. Yes, intentional for someone blind.
The van crossed the line to run him over intentionally.
@@EMan-8900 So why did he hit the brakes?
He didn't deserve death but i bet the van driver told the kid to get out of the road and the kid got disrespectful.
you clearly have no idea what your talking about and it shows- the driver of the van was drunk (hence why he swerved to hit him), and if he gave the kid some kind of signal to get off the road then he wouldn't of ran him over? Do you not see how theres a flaw in your reasoning?
@@onikatanyamaraj2778 They only show what's on video they don't show what was said or happened before video.
😢😢😢
Why’d the kid drop his ice cream? He got hit by a bus.
sRY but that kid did everything wrong. The driver tried to stop. Bet he was drunk and fled.
😢
Obviously, it was deliberate, its happening everywhere
We should find the dude and return the favor
Kid was in the wrong now he knows hahahahaha
you think that is funny?
Your life really must be terrible if you’re making fun of someone’s death.

Nobody going to acknowledge the idiot bike rider?? It's his reckless fault he died, and now ruined the life of the van driver. Whole situation is sad for everyone.
the driver was the town's local drunk he was arrested last night
Are you blind? This is a 2 way street. The driver clearly crossed the yellow line to the opposite side he had no business on and hit the kid.
@@whosthatgirl9967 TY for once someone has sense, i knew bryan he was not a friend but a classmate. Condolenses to the parents, and i wish bad on people who think otherwise.
@@whosthatgirl9967 Are YOU blind!? The driver clearly crossed over to the opposing lane in order to pass the kid - a totally legal move. Unfortunately, the kid neglected to look behind before crossing in front of the van. The initial collision is 100% the kid's fault. However, when the van driver decided to run over the biker a second time, it urned into murder.
It was the bi-psycho-list's fault!!!!! He thought that he was above the laws of physics and vehicle and traffic laws!!!! ALL bi-psycho-lists are like that!!!! BTW, is the van OK?
I blame the video game industry. It has been so expensive to game these days, and because of that, more kids are out and about on dangerous streets looking for something to do. If them can afford to stay home and game, this wouldnt had happened.
UA-cam should start selling virtual stickers with the "Sarcasm active" info on them. Otherwise people will eat you alive.
Funny thing is the van was trying to avoid the kid but the kid still went right in the van's path
What the f is funny abt my friend dying. Hm? Also Bryan looked back and the guy came speeding you fing idiot. You don’t live in sr or any where around . The fact that you would blame him is truly disgusting
