The Qur'an in Arabic is its purest form as it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad saw...the translations and interpretations are to help people understand the Qur'an and I personally try to get all the English translations and compare them and then keep going back to the original Arabic and aim to delve deeper into arabic language. Im finding that Allah uses alot of imagery and simile for to get the message across to us. So that we are not walking in the dark but towards the Truth in His light and His Mercy.

The Arabic Quran has multiple layers of meaning, but the English translation represents only one layer of the apparent meaning, and even that is not 100% accurate.
