A good night sleep is extremely important for healthy brain function, physical body and emotional well being. All our fitness goals, muscle building or fat loss are directly related to the quality of our sleep. However, due to fast stressful life most people nowadays are sleep deprived. Through this video I wish to share with you what exactly we should do and what not to do to get the best sleep of our life each night.

Yeah bro I experienced that North hemisphere thing. When I newly shifted my room I was having irregular sleep patterns, many a time I used to wake up in the middle of night then after 8-10 days I noticed that thing and changed my sleeping direction. And guess what, It worked.
Before watching ur vids I had 68 kg but after following ur vids my weight is 56 kg

gour actually I was following baba ramdev exercise book and watching fit tubers juice vids .there is also a website called stylecraze. I went to the wellness option and clicked weight loss and followed some remedies an all . In this way only in 2 months I caked to 56kg from 68kg

Great video buddy, appreciate it! Can you please provide some tips (or preferably a separate video) on how you deal with mosquitoes? I'm looking for something that is natural/non-toxic or harmful, cost-effective, relatively easy to implement, is effective (if you can link to studies/research, that's even better) and that will work in different geographical locations. They seem to be the biggest bane against me optimizing my sleep.

Smartphones or WiFi shouldn’t be near you while sleeping or keep away your smartphones, away from your bed/head as the radiation reception causes lots of harm to your brain. Better to switch off WiFi if the router is near you/your bed/head during sleep. Or if you need it all-through keep it away from you, like in drawing/hall room and you sleep in bed room. Also smartphones should be atleast kept 5m away from you. Use an alarm clock to wake you up with pleasant chime/rhyme/rhythm. An alerting loud alarm which wakes you up will always have a bad effect to start the day with. Better to prepare your mind at night that you have to wake up xx am and keep a pleasant sound as alarm. DO NOT keep the phone nearby/underneath your pillow/bed. If you HAVE TO KEEP THEM NEAR YOU, switch off Internet reception as radiation is higher during data traffic/reception. If you don’t expect any emergency/work calls at midnight best is to put in flight mode if you HAVE TO KEEP THE PHONE ALARM NEAR TO You!!!!

Sleeping on the right side is fine as long as you have a proper functioning sphincter and an acidic stomach . Occasional reflux may be possible due to the relaxation of the lower oesophageal sphincter but as long as you have a functional valve and acidic stomach . Oesophageal reflux or acid reflux is a problem caused by an alkaline stomach .
My sleeping technique is I keėp blinking both eyes for 20 times and then automatically my eyes get tired and I'm about to sleep.

I’ll share my experience. Couple of months back, I was facing similar issues with my sleep. Always felt lethargic even after sleeping for 8 hours😢
But, it all changed when I attended inner engineering course by Sadhguru and I’ve been practicing Shambhavi kriya for past 8 weeks. Results, my sleep quota has gone down to approx 5-5.5 hours from 8 hrs and sleep quality has improved tremendously as well. I feel energetic throughout the day. Folks can also try this course besides the suggestions you have made in the video.
