Both have disadvantages when theres no agreement signed. Possible abandonment of project, additional cost, slow paced construction, unsure if you have the skilled workers most of them have no formal education they just rely on experience and for that you ma get bad result and possible back jobs or if something went wrong, you will need to find a different carpenter to do that wrong job. Having contractor still the best from agreement to pricing.
consumables kasi tawag sa mga bala ng grinder kaya dapat ang owner ang bibili. for example nalang kung mag hire kayo ng karpentero para ayusin ang cabinet, karpentero pa ba bibili ng pako? syempre hindi. martilyo lang sa kanila. sa owner na yung consumables. 😁
Parang HK style lang - maliit ang bahay pero cozy sya. Maganda ang ambience, maliwanag sa loob, at maganda ang pagkagawa. Great job!
