    Windows power tools has the ability to have a customized cursor and is less sketchy than that app. You can highlight it with any color and size and enable click animations.

      Yeah, it's called PowerToys, not "tools". And it works across all software because it's running in Windows.

      @@aaronplays_ ah yes. Toys. Apologies my English not. Have a good day 💕

      PowerToys also has many many other tools. My favorite being fancy zones, I find it way better than windows snap especially on a widescreen monitor.

    Awesome video! Might add the mouse circle to my videos.
    Another alternative for mouse zooming called "OBS Zoom To Mouse". It's a Lua Script, so it doesn't require Python and works almost just the same. It came out after you would have recorded this video.

    Great video as always, as a fellow Camtasia fan, I love the respect while also teaching people how to do the same thing in OBS

    This is exactly what I setup for my work to record tutorials and incorporated a stream deck for all the shortcuts and macros. Also using Epic Pen Pro for any on screen annotation. The stream deck makes it SO easy for anyone to sit down at our tutorial computer hit record and make high quality tutorials, switching between full screen of the desktop or full screen of the camera, different positions for the camera overlay on the desktop, etc.
    Makes life for editing the tutorials WAY easier and faster and significantly higher quality than what they had been doing.

    Excellent! Do you include any 1980s analogue VHS stuff in "THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO OBS STUDIO" - titles, animations, transitions etc for Resolve?

    I wish OBS Had a simple editor built in.. something that would allow simple cuts from the file before export.. even if it meant the wport would take a few minutes to process.. also wish it had an option to apply metadata to the file before export. theres nothing quite so fun as old folder full of wuality content that is nothing but thumbnails numbers..

    I tried everything but OBS is still stuck on "Python not currently loaded", using the your linked version, installed with admin, ran the powershell code. What was it you said for 2:23 ? Do the same thing but same with pynctl?

      If you're on Windows, just use Microsoft's PowerToys, it's much easier. It works across all software because it's running inside Windows

    • @aaronplays_
      @aaronplays_ 4 місяці тому

      @@roverdrammen3977You'll need the ZoomIt tool from Sysinternals, a separate suite of tools. It's annoying that MS doesn't pack them together. Mouse Utilities and ZoomIt being a separate package would benefit a lot of people, they won't have to download the entire suite of tools.
