watching you guys is so therapeutic for me with someone also struggling with anxiety, i always wished to see creators have way more raw and uncensored content. the constant overthinking and doubting of yourself can really become a lonely experience, so thank you for showing how normal and ok it is :))

22:05 apples and other fruits and vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes have a layer of wax to prevent it from drying out. It naturally contains wax that Gets washed off when a fruit is cleaned. They add an artificial layer to protect it again. When you wash the fruit or veggie again you Will remove most of the wax and your body doesnt absorb it. So No worries! it is not harmful! Love ya x

Girls, physical exercicises, I have seen you guys say multiple times that going to the gym was a waste of time, sadly lol it its not, I hate it too but helps a lot with my anxiety! ❤
Other things help besides a gym. Walking, swimming, acrobatics ( which they do) dancing, gardening or riding bikes are all awesome. It’s about finding out what works for you ❤

Hey again! My cocker spaniel had very bad teeth and she went into surgery to fix it she came out and for about a week it didn’t smell and it just went back to stinking. But to be fair cocker spaniels are bred with bad breath
