No worries, he'll figure it out. The game is more mental than physical and once he gets right, I'm sure he'll end up having a good career. Life happens to these guys too so just give him time.
Marquese Chriss, hated, hated, hated seeing him leave. Must of been something behind the scenes because for the season he played, to my eye, he was the only one of the " new warrior players" that seemed to really start building momentum in their system. His defense, lob threat, boards, and floor IQ where way better at the end of the season. He brought De De toughness to the team. SAD....
I remember a report saying his mom said she saw him smiling for the first time in a long time when he played for the warriors. Really miss him on the team

He was a RFA until GSW withdrew their qualifying offer/rights once DAL signed him to a max offer sheet. Turns out they’d be ok since they had signed KD a few days ago earlier 😂
Barnes was decent but did choke during the 2016 playoffs. His contract was up after 2016 and Warriors did not re-sign him had no need for him once Durant came aboard. Barnes got a max contract from Dallas so it worked out for him.

They had James Wiseman and no reason at the time to think they needed another big who wouldn't get playing time under Steve Kerr. I tend to avoid romanticizing the acquisition of young players from other teams because they don't get minutes unless they're clearly well beyond players on the team. Although I will say having a backup big in place of Wiseman could have served the team well since they didn't have depth at the 5.
It can happen, but the dubs should trade for embiid or jokic, wagner, and kd...get rid of all the dubs except for steph, saric, davis, podz, and moody..
Exactly! People are blaming Kerr for not being able to develop players, I have been saying it’s actually they have been doing a terrible job at drafts. Hard to develop players when you have been picking bad players, in fact a lot of times Curry and the system they ran often made them looked better than they are. Once they left GS most of them pretty much gone from the league in a short time.
