Right? Like…what is the purpose of summoning Baronne if you are not going to utilize his effects at all? That play doesn’t make any sense. He should be able to summon both Baronne and Borreload Savage with that board, honestly.
I laughed when that happened. He probably thought Borrelend’s negate was only until end of turn, not permanent. Yugioh players can’t even read their own cards.
Oh, trust me I do lol. These duels were recorded before the spell counter mate base was released. Best believe it will permanently be on my Endymion decks from now on.
hi, what is your current Endymion deck like for the current season? I am going to go back to Endymion since the ban list hurt my cards. Endymion is a lot of fun so i wanna go back to it instead of making another top tier deck
W deck and very fun to run but i'm still coping for god card support they are supposed to be gods they have divine and divine beast but they get washed by mirrior force or any wack monster effect it's dumb but W vid and hope you blow up one day.
I suppose the EFB build can be argued to be more consistent. The pure build has a slightly better ability to play through interruptions if you open well, but the EFB build has more gas due to having a little bit more draw power since it uses magicians souls, allure and garura.
Hey, I had a friend recommend Endymion to me but I don't really know how to play it at all and was wondering if there was a deck list you would recommend? I am not very well versed in Yugioh but I am a semi fast learner so let me know. Thank you for your time and any help you can give!
Sure, there are three main builds, but which one you use comes down to personal preference. I have two builds (of my versions) linked in the description. There’s the “Pure Build,” which focuses mainly on the Endymion cards with the Mythical Beast engine and is the version that can usually play through the most disruptions. The Spellbook build is more gas focused by using a lot of spells to generate the most spell counters, but is more susceptible to interruption. Then there’s the EFB build, which is Extra Foolish Burial. The EFB build is also more gas focused, but has a bit more flexibility with options going second, and can play through more interruptions than the Spellbook build. All are expensive however, with the pure build being the most expensive as the other two can get their cards from structure decks while the pure build is all selection packs and crafting. The deck may take some time to learn as it has a non-linear playstyle, but once you have the basics, seeing other combo lines on your own will follow.
Gotcha gotcha, yeah my friend bascially went "they are super confusing and pretty expensive but can be super good once you learn how to play them." So, when deciding which ones I should go with would I be able to build one and easily build another as i get the parts or will i basically be building a deck from the ground up every time? Also the EFB build sounds best mostly because I do like flexibility and not needing to scoop the moment I get negated.
@@hayden6704 If you’re building a new deck, I’d definitely recommend either the EFB build or Spellbook build, since it’ll save you a decent amount of pulls, and once you get the core of Endymion cards (which is still a lot), changing the deck around becomes much easier. Since you said you like the idea of the EFB build, start with 1 copy of the dark magician structure deck, since it contains 2 UR cards for the build (Magician’s Souls and Illusion of Chaos). Then you can craft a copy of Servant of Endymion to unlock the Endymion Secret Pack, which contains all of the core Endymion cards and Mythical Beast cards. Don’t craft any URs from the pack though. Save the UR materials for Upstart Goblin, Chicken Game and Called by the Grave if you don’t have them already. Then Astrograph Sorcerer and Heavymetalfoes Electrumite. You could possibly even craft those before the upstarts and chicken games because they’re core cards of the deck.
If you’re saying that I shouldn’t be running desires, I totally understand due to the risk of banishing important combo pieces, however, the draw two can sometimes be the difference between winning and losing, and in my opinion is worth the risk. Desires has won me games before.
#EevoSketch you sick animal !! I love it , appreciate what you do for the Endys community. 🫡🫡 this deck never lets me down. I also play a spellbook engine version but your version always wins. Mad respect brother E
Well, I myself haven’t been facing kashtira much, as I’ve been practicing in solo mode to learn dracoslayer combos, so I can’t give a definitive answer. Though I will say, getting a Jackal King or Master Cerberus out to either negate or banish the XYZ monster is probably your best out to your zones getting locked, or just trying to keep your scales occupied as much as possible so they don’t get locked.
I felt physical pain the moment that DLink guy negated his Baronne just to make a Savage.

how come one of the best spell counter players I've seen on youtube doesn't have the spell counter mate base yet? :P great plays as always!

Esse deck é incrível ❤
"Long live deck endymion"

I have two versions in the description. I like to alternate between the two.

Thanks, I appreciate the support. Hope your wish comes true about the god card support.
👍

Very expensive 😢😢😢
A big investment indeed, but is very satisfying to play once you get everything and learn some of the deck’s combos.
But 1 mistake, because of this no tcg......
Pot of desires 🚫

So how has the deck been handling Kash?
