This is a super late response, but they do not have left handed steering wheels for this type of car. You would have to bring it to a special place to get it converted which is pretty expensive.
I do love the modern k-cars overall, and Honda N-Box has been the best among those in my opinion, both style and performance wise. There is one downside to that type of cars, and it's the suspension as well as the quality/softness and height of the rear seats. But it seems that in this one the rear seats seem to be improved. Still, I love the modern and aggressive design!
