- Hello Everyone! After doing the 28, I decided on my way towards a "promised" bus garage tour to do this route - which ended up not happening because the garage I went to, decided to switch up on me smh!
Alright, the 220 is operated by London United RATP using Gemini 2 & 3 B5LH's from Park Royal [RP] Garage. It used to have Enviro400's and Enviro400 Hybrids: ADE / ADH buses, but they're gone to Hounslow [AV] Garage to replace the Scania Omnicities on the H98 - I believe! Although they do get some from time to time. The route goes from Wandsworth, Putney, Fulham, Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, White City, College Park, Harlesden High Street & Willesden Junction.
The journey was fairly alright I guess, I had a fast driver and the route is useful in terms of linking. Other than that, it's quite an average route. Hammersmith Bus Station and its surrounding area looks so run down, it thought that it would look nice and clean and cool, but it looks like an abandoned museum lol. The station needs a massive upgrade; they need to literally break down the area and rebuild it again. The Willesden Junction area has like 3 London Borough's: Brent, Ealing & Hammersmith & Fulham. Also at 5:46 - don't walk from Stop [H] off Harrow Road, stay on the bus and get off at Stop [P]; the last stop on Station Approach, trust be bro - I will save u time lol.

Very nice visual on another one my locals. I am happy the Gemini 2’s are in RP, especially them on the 18/266 they really suit those due to both routes using Gemini 2’s with First. Also having read your description, I don’t think RP sent many Enviro 400’s to the H98, the H98’s supply of Enviro 400’s has mainly come from the 142.

The 142's ADEs went to the H98 to oust the SPs and I believe the H98 will be retained on 3 years using the ADEs after the 3 year diesel contract results of the 28/E1 recently. The 220s own ADEs were withdrawn and sent to McGills, 2 of its ADEs (40472/473) remain at RP as general spares and the 220 does use a lot of spare ADEs off the 258's allocation tbf. The 28 released its 13 reg VH allocation after being put up for tender and the 220 received them for its new contract despite being retained with diesel YX62 ADEs.
This is probably one of your best yet! Can you change the style to ultra wide however? I liked your old ultra wide visuals

Not as far as I remember. And I'm well 9ld. Always terminated at Willesden Junction. Since it nearly replaced Trollybus Rkute 630 that ran all the Way to West Croydon. These days replaced by. ROUTES 220N270 and 264

Yes, from 258 I think as well as a few extra spares from 266
