بن بلة لم يقرر عدم الحضور بل كان ينتظر دليل الدخول للحدود الجزائرية لحضور المؤتمر لكن كما تم الاتفاق عليه لكن لم يحظر أي شخص وذلك لعدم رغبة الجماعة في منطقة القبائل حضور قادة الخارج و السبب معروف
ملي تنوضو و نتوما تتهموا في جماعة القبائل كيما راك تقول ، تبرؤون بن مهيدي بن طوبال زيغوت يوسف يعد دحلب .....
و من بعد تحيرو كيفاش اكرهنا من المعيشة معاكم و بزاف ولاو ايخمموا في الانفصال بالخسارة، رغم تضحيات اجدودنا.
