I am not normally into the resource management type games, but this one intrigues me. Maybe part of it is just that it's you playing it as you are one of my favorite content creators. I'll definitely be tuning in to future episodes of this.
Small tip for the out patients, as soon as they begin recovery you can set them to one of the options, so as soon as they are recovered theyll be released immediately. Rsther than leaving them awaoting your decision. I also queue up as many patients as possible to get through them quickly as they are an endless tide. If you run out of resources then the doctor will rest until ready. Also you can drag the rest pin between patients to organise them quickly. I got the shift upgrade, but i agree with you that micro mananging is a bit easier
Ooh! I’m early! Would you consider playing Papers Please? Although the places are fictional it is heavily based off of the Soviet Union. It’s quite a fun game.
Just think about the fact that hospital services was improved greatly in the British army because they were getting a pretty bad reputation during the Cirmean war.
hi! I've arrived here from your main channel and wondered if you'd be interested in playing a game called Pentiment? It's very different than the games you're usually playing on here as it's more story and choice based, but its attention to historical accuracy (especially in a rarely explored period like 16th Century Bavaria) is really something special.
I notice there are a lot of patients waiting for surgery in good/stable condition that just need 2-3 hour surgeries. Maybe it'd be worth it to focus on them just to build up rewards from saving people, and then use those rewards to increase your capacity to be able to better take care of the more difficult, serious cases?
Not always agreeing should be a simple agree to disagree. It’s not beef it’s a McChicken with no sauce. We all have positive moments and negative. It’s called life for a reason
I don’t know if you read your comments but you should really do another CK3 play-through, the game has been updated a lot since you lasted played a year ago.
Really enjoying you playing this game, hope you continue to play it.

Great seeing content like this! Thanks!!
I saw on another street the “set rest” tab on the doctor- patient screen can be dragged to between patients to set rest schedules
Been waiting for the next episode
Glad to see more of this

Not sure it makes sense that the hospital is in charge of the scouts
How soon before it asks you to assist in 'enhanced interrogation'?
Part 3 when?
