You literally always want to be putting your best mount into the cross server parking lots for two reasons - one, the rewards you get can't be plundered, only coins can be, and two, the amount of coins your server collects in total from the cross server parking spots determines what place your server gets overall for each war.
yes BUT, your best mount can get removed from that spot and you wont get the full 8 hour shift..so if youre lucky enough to put it in at the start of the 4 hour PEACE TIME then i agree with you..but ive put it in before and immediately after the cooldown its removed
@LegendofmushroomOfficial there's only a 5 minute cooldown and then you can place any mount (including the one that was just removed because the spot was stolen) again. Don't give people bad advice.

the decorations you showed aren't the correct ones. The ones you get are completely different and new.
