When considering lower eyelid surgery, fat repositioning is mentioned most often.
However there are many cases where fat reposition can’t be the solution.
Additionally, though it’s claimed lower eye grooves can easily be solved through mini-lower eyelid surgery, too often does it not improve things, leaving only a scar.
Recently, many visit with large amounts of fillers at tear troughs. We’ll take a look at how to improve things in this case.
We’ll also discuss problems and disadvantages of midcheek lift using Endotine.
The conclusion is fat reposition does not solve everything, and in most cases, lower eyelid and SOOF lift must be done together.
