I think nuckledu's Guile has a better chance against Smug, his style is more offense oriented and I think he would do better. If anyone knows of a match up between them please link it I would love to see them.
He knows how to play most of the cast but his back up when he's really not feeling Dudley (which isn't very often) is T.Hawk. He also knows how to play Fei Long because that's who he played in Vanilla.
