I am a current wrestler, and ive been practicing hard and even got a bruised rib. Which usally takes about 2 weeks to heal or more. And my whole body was sore. So then right after practice i took this epsom salt bath and everything was about 95% back to normal. And i say that because my rib was still hurting but not as much, it was manageable and it didnt hurt as bad as it did.

Epsom salt baths can only delay labor. While grandma said they used to drink Epsom salts to relieve the Brest engorgement when the milk comes in. Which is nasty way to do it as it gives the baby diarrhea most likely but my grandma is in her eighties now, back then they did what they figured to do best. Epsom salts post partum relieve swelling too. I start with all over body magnesium oil treatment for lymphatic drainage/saschia massage in the morning & do the Epsom salt soak in the evening. Ordering this stuff by case, in fact it’s in my monthly subscription essentials on Amazon.

Every doctor I've spoken to about epsom salt claims it's a placebo effect and doesn't actually do anything but if you think it's working you'll feel better so psychologically it's good for you. It's never worked on my aches, pains or swelling so I decided to ask different types of doctors including sports and physical therapy and they all say it doesn't actually do a thing outside of the same thing a regular bath soak does.

Magnesium Chloride is much better absorbed through the skin and utilized by the body so its optimal for baths. However, Epsom salts(Food-grade) is better for internal use to flush the entire GI tract and colon 1 Tbsp with 1 liter of warm water first thing in the morning.

It's possible the other 2 didn't need to raise their levels, hence it wouldn't show up. I have never met a person that didn't feel better after an Epsom salt bath. I don’t know an answer however, you have to consider this. How much does it cost and how much money can they make off of it? Yeah, right nobody can make anything at all in a pharmaceutical industry which is why you won’t see anybody ponying up the bucks to promote or study this. We’ve seen with this recent pandemic of which we should not ever speak, 😡and it’s real effective treatments versus the promoted ones it all kind of speaks for itself. If it’s cheap and effective you’ll not hear of it . Then again that’s why we come here rather than the doctors office.

I have a mad theory - When you go to the sea side you feel great and changed in mood my theory is the sea salt from sea that evaporates in the air in high concentrations from the sun on sea etc creates a dose of sodium mist plume which the body needs ( sodium is the compound that salt is made from ), the body is breathing in all that sodium mist and making you feel great like epsom salts in bath, i could be wrong on this theory as when you go to the beach their is massive magnetic field waves on the ocean water and this factor and variable is why its great to be at sea side and changes mood maybe, who knows really ? What if you experimented at home in bath with varied magnetic field device in bath and used sodium salts humidifier how would this make you feel, change you and improve mental health, i don't know if my theory is correct 😂

People who want to hear medicine are not going to agree with things that are not easy and fast, and are necessary at times. Not everyone has a bath, or not everyone has a ocean, which is a healing body of water. Just Like Christ Jesus, used a particular body of water in one of his healing miracles. The wisdom of our fathers creation, for man kind. God created the Heavens and earth before creating man. All things are from the earth, in one way or another. Wisdom is very important. It does not work as fast or the same as a medicine. That causes people to think it is not doing anything, for any number of reasons. But if one tries it on a cut, not a intentional, or injury, or sore, etc. it definitely speeds up the healing process. Some people have to be careful with salt. especially those with cardiac, kidney, etc issues. so the consulting the physician, is always important that everyone is different, have different conditions issues, etc and the primary care physician should be aware of the many different things. they do not all agree with everything either. Human beings are human beings and all have their different educations, experiences, opinions, etc. medicine is the art of learning over time. I went through many arts, etc. prior to medicine, and or integrating medicine, into my daily life with many issues. God truly is awesome.
