windy and vicious are completely useless in red. Windy removes haste making it hard to hit the targets while boosting and vicious bee's ability has a cd of 30 seconds and precise bee can do much more damage in those 30 seconds than vicious. On top of that vicious bee is a blue bee and does blue bombs how is that ever gonna help you when it comes to making honey?
Organizing a hive at lvl 16 should not be a priority in any way lol
