After a long search where Reed alter, Texas alter is not needed, thank god. Have the same team as you wih no Mlynar as well. Goona try it later with borrowed Mlynar. Thank you, you are the only one guide that my team work in H13-4.

Dude THANK YOU so much, I had no idea you could just wait out the second wave of units after 37/75 and thought I had to trigger second phase. Waiting it out let me get hoshi back up incase saria died and let me just focus on the bot lane, your a life saver.
Thanks for this, it's clean, simple and concise so I was able to finally finish everything on Chapter 13! I have almost all the operators for this but I needed to push them all to their max levels to minimize RNG biting my ass, and I only have to borrow Uncle Horse from support.

Didn't have suzuran or mylnar, Borrowed mylnar, replaced Suzuran with, a combination of Ines and shamare, fiddled with it for a while, swore alot. got it to work. thanks. also added Saria as a failsafe but don't think I needed her..

replaced mountain with chongyue e2 lvl 60 s3m3 , it worked flawlessly i need to use nightingale s3 at the beginning of the stage to keep him alive thanks for the guide 🙏

my blaze E2 85 mod3 keep dying against the boss at 75/75 after some time had to do desperate stall by putting all ops i can to stallthe boss before soon dying again and luckily got enough stalling to kill the boss before he reaches the blue box
yeah, stalling the boss is really really hard, that's why it's crucial to kill him while he is still under the effect of the bomb. I'm glad you were able to clear the stage nonetheless ;)

A H13-4 without Reed Alter is a blessing for most guides have Reed Alter as mandatory to bring for this stage. Thank you
