Think of the slot machine as a giant calculator that takes into consideration the RNG an the HF and combines it with it so much money comes in and in split seconds decides so much for the progressive , so much for the casino , somuch for the manufacturer ( royalties) and so much for the player.
When the tital predetermined amount of amount has been put into the machine then the progressive will be paid out.

I recently just got into slot machines not too long ago and I found out about these particular ones by random chance. After being depressed about winning nothing, I just randomly sat a machine and began thinking, then this older woman sat to my right and initiated a machine like this, it was crazy. Press after press was $100 win, $300, $400 etc, these games do pay but just a heads up, if you are a person who makes average income, take your wins and go home when you can. Firstly, congrats on all your wins Lady Luck but for viewers watching her, if you win say $800, it's best to leave. While Lady Luck is spending big bucks at the casino, at the same time, she is making that money back on youtube revenue. My point is that unless you are a multimillionaire, take your $1,000 or $800 and either leave the machine, or count your blessings and go home. You can take a gamble with your winnings and hit a grand jackpot, I am not saying it's not possible, but the chances are extremely small. But yea, many of these machines do pay good, just be smart about how you play them.
