पाकिस्तान की literacy rate को बढ़ा चढ़ा के दिखाया गया है जैसे के कोई भी पाकिस्तानी अगर एक साइन करना भी जानता है तो उसे पढ़ा लिखा माना जाता है जबकि हमारे भारत में जब तक कोई कम से कम 12 वी पास ना हो तो हम उसे अनपढ़ ही मानते है ।।
IMF के अनुसार भारत में 6% ही poverty rate रह गई है जिसे हम extreme poverty कहते है ।। 6% में भी वो ज्यादा है जो गांवों से शहर की और जाते है और शहर में उसे रहने को घर नही मिलता और झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहना पड़ता है , वही अगर वो अपने गांव में ही रहता है तो उसके पास घर भी होता है और PDS सिस्टम में उसे सब कुछ मिलता है ।।
चीन में भी प्रति घंटा दिहाड़ी की दर 6 US dollar है जो 500 से 700₹ के बीच पड़ता है वही भारत में भी प्रति दिन दिहाड़ी 350जी 400₹ से ऊपर ही है ।। असल में चीन की सरकार की नई पॉलिसी के अनुसार जो भी चीन का नागरिक प्रति दिन 2 US dollar की कमाई करता है उसे गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर माना जाता है ।। चीन में फिलहाल 30 करोड़ लोग प्रति दिन 3 डॉलर तक की कमा रहे है ।। अब इसे क्या समझेंगे ? ।।
