Nice addition to the collection! Some nice cars in that shop too. My YXZ is a sand-only car, now it's time to build an "everywhere else car" and when I saw the RMAX it looks like it would fit the bill plus it's a Yammy. Great video btw and check on some center caps lol.
I have never noticed any belt slip on either of my RMAXs. They both have 32" BFG tires. I do use high and/or low gear depending on the load and terrain.

I like the way you think. My YXZs are pretty much sand only and my RMAXs are great at everything else.
Hey Ben, I realize this is a very old thread, but did you ever sell the take off wheels and tires for your rmax? I would be interested in them.
I kept them on the shelf and recently put the OEM wheels/tires back on my RMAX 2XTR and put these 32" BFGs on a RZR.
Looks like you shop at Phils in El Reno too
Yep. My favorite Yamaha dealership.
Any chance you've reconsidered selling the take offs?
Yes. Email ben at americasoasis dot com please.
How does the machine handle the tires? Any belt slippage issues in rough terrain?

Nice......Are you selling the old RMax tires and wheels
Not at this time
Hey Ben, I wanted to know where you were picking up your service manuals from? I have a 19 yxz and I’m having trouble finding one.
If your local Yamaha dealer doesn't have it then go to shopyamaha.com and they will ship you the book.
Thank you
You Bought that at phils cycles
Yes, I really like working with Phil's Cycle in El Reno Oklahoma.
