Try muswell hill book shop not much second hand but a good shop. Didn't know there was a garden centre in Camden town

What a delightful way of spending a whole day! Solid books with a couple of relaxing visits to cafes. That would be my idea of paradise. I live in Lancashire, so I can't help you with any recommendations for Holywood actresses, I'm afraid. A long time ago I seem to remember a shop in London somewhere that did specialise in theatre and film books. It might still be there. Have you asked the owners of the shops you have visited? Bookselling is very much a network and if you keep asking, surely someone will know of the one specialist bookshop in the country that deals in that field.

heya! i'm not aware of any that specialises in that topic, but i think they'll be in most bookstores - ask in waterstones if you can't find any on their shelves
