She just butt hurt that she couldn't use the manager to have her way. I can't understand why so many people believe you need their permission to record them in public. It's ridiculous because at any given time you may have several security cameras recording you in public. You cannot expect privacy in public and hell, this woman probably has smart devices in her home recording her so if she wants to be upset about any recording, she should be upset that her TV and probably some of her appliances are recording her without her explicit permission.

Assuming this happened in Tennessee (from the state flags hanging at the Walmart entrances), the law states with recording a conversation or photographing, or videotaping, number one it’s one party consent. Number two there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, unless the recording happens in a fitting room or bathroom. If that happens, laws are being broken. But I also agree with your viewpoint, it all depends on what the managers think.

I’ve been watching Jack for over a decade and I noticed something very different between the Walmarts in TN and CA. When he was in CA management would chase him out, ban him and say they’re private property. In TN I noticed that management welcomes him and say that they are public property and free speech applies.

I've worked in various service industries over the years and the worst part of this video for me is the way this woman spoke to the clerk that was in order fulfillment. Good on you, Jack, for pointing out the fact that just because this uptight person is upset over a FART TOY, there is no reason for her to take that tone with someone that was only being polite and trying to help. People in service positions have to take this treatment (and much worse!) everyday, in the course of doing our jobs. Shame on this woman...
