- Leonid & Friends in Orlando April 20 2024. Bobby Alcott filled in for Vasilii Akimov on some of the vocals and did a greatg job. The band has expanded far beyond being a Chicago cover band and did a great job with Blood Sweat & Tears and Earth Wind and Fire songs. Ksenia Busina also did a fantastic job on the Carpenters song Superstar.
Ksenia stole my heart that night. Great show!

Thanks for posting this most recent concert that you attended! I also noticed you posted complete concerts from 2019 (my first one!) and 2021, thanks for these as well! It is interesting to note the changes in personnel over the years, to be expected, I guess, with an act like this. But as good as their current line-up is, I still kind of miss Zyl (trumpet), Tiargianyado (Cetera vocalist), Senchillo (keyboards), and especially Kashirin (guitar and vocals, it took two people to replace him!). At least Ksenia is still on board! :) I also enjoy their entries into the works of a few other artists, but I hope they never lose their primary focus as "Chicagovitch". Looking forward to seeing them for the fifth time on 5/31/24 in Jim Thorpe, PA!
I agree with your assessment. I miss the earlier members who left too but the current lineup is still great too. I'm sure you'll enjoy the PA show as nothing compares to the live concert.
Seems, some member on this very difficult moments of WAR between the same race lingua and live standard and mostly their names and surnames are almost the same...
Band members are mixed Russian and Ukrainian, before War started...
Thank you for the video. I attended this show at The Plaza Live on 4/20/24. Now I can watch and listen to the show anytime. This was my 2nd time seeing Leonid & Friends live. They are Tremendous!

I just saw L&F last night in Cincinnati. Terrific show. Couldn't believe how many tunes they played. And Ksenia, wow, as beautiful as she is on UA-cam, she is absolutely spectacular in person. I am totally smitten. I want to marry her.
Glad you got to see their show in person. UA-cam videos can give a little taste of what they are like but there is absolutely no substitute for being there and hearing their music live.

He still posts music on UA-cam. He was a fantastic addition to that band and it's a shame he can't be with the band any more.

Vehicle baby? Where is V?
Vasilii sings Vehicle and he had some problem that prevented him from singing for a few shows before this one. I think this was his first show back and he wasn't 100% and although he sounded good to me he probably didn't want to push it to the limit. They had Bobby Alcott fill in so maybe that's why they didn't do Vehicle. They do a fantastic job with that song.
WTH, the best part of Questions 67 & 68 got cut out.
Battery died 😢. Went through 3 batteries for this show.

@@CoasterQ Thanks. I've had people complain about the autofocus not being fast enough, too much zooming, and poor audio quality. I can only do what my little handheld Panasonic ZS40 lets me do and I'm really happy to hear that someone appreciates just how difficult it is to get a video like this shot.

Great show Leonid but too many new faces that I don't particularly like, the original formation still the best.
You are wrong and Michael is the best singer.

Warning? Never got any "warning". If I hear from the real Roman Vorobyev I'd be glad to take this video down. Heck, I'd even give them the video if L&F wanted to put it on their channel or even put a soundboard recording track on it so they could post it. Roman posts a lot on the site and he doesn't use a UA-cam channel with zero posts. When I hear something from Roman through the Leonid & Friends channel I'll know that's really Roman Vorobyev.
Seeing this makes me really want to see the show live myself. When will they be in the Pacific Northwest?
