hey, i just did a game with the jg pz IV in uprising, i took the second gun cus it has a littke bit over 3k dpm. so, with jagged shells 2 and rapid fire 2 i managed to hit aproximatively 6k dpm.... yea, in tier 6... and make it 12k if u have doubleshot !!
As a player who got IS-4 few days ago and played Kv-4 with no tech exp, i can confirm this is accurate

KV-4 is one of the best tier 8 tanks… but I can’t say the same if it’s stock.
Ive used kv4 and bounced many tier 9s and 8s. Kv4 is surely the true Stalin's fortress.

Kv-4 stock is pain full for me
the problem is wg give low pen good alpha gun, then it upgrade to good pen but cut the alpha (both has same slow reload speed and bad accuracy)
