I personally wouldn't call it an improvement, but for me covers aren't made to improve, but to explore the song in a new way, making something that isn't better, but separately enjoyable in it's own right, which this song did. Maybe our opinions are different, but I agree it was a good cover
great cover! this is such an incredible song, it's a shame that you never get to hear it performed live, since Daft is gone and Nile Rodgers doesn't trot it out when on tour... awesome job guys

True. The basic guitar riff was picked wrong. Ruined the feel. Keyboard sounds weren't even 10% close.
