So cool, I'll say it again, this guy has the smoothest skills, every corner in perfect, no corrections, absolutely killer! Without a doubt, the best rider that produces content on yt.
Honestly, this was a sick build. The only thing that I find bothersome with any bike rebuild is when damage is just covered up and not fixed/part replaced. Tank, swingarm, engine covers etc. I get the parts are crazy expensive for Ducati in particular but it still bothers me lol. Great build though, as usual.
I'm doing the same restorations as you brother. Recently bought an Aprilia RSV1000R that was crashed and restored it to factory new condition. So trust me I get the stuff. I try to leave my OCD alone and return stronger. Same with the painting stuff. Now in order to get the rust off the chain you can spray some anti-rust spray and get a wire brush it will come right out and it would make the bike even more presentable. If that doesnt work then a 280grit sandpaper will do just fine aswell!
Great build buddy. Loving your channel, new to Brisbane and Australia. Great to find out all the local suppliers for when I can get a bike again. Keep it going I love it.
Just watched the whole video, while I had some downtime. This was an absolutely incredible build. You’ve hooked me, time to go binge your other videos after I get off work…
That 231 at crank .it insane 😅 101 fit of torque. If u want go by crank numbers. I think on 23 v4 with akro slip on easy 205 which is good enough for me
Don't beat yourself up over the red flicks of paint in the clearcut. I've been a paint sprayer alll my life and always happens to me, and every other sprayer too. Your doing a great job on these bikes bud. This Ducati is amazing I wish I had the knowledge and do this myself. I've repaired and painted cars always but would love to transfer to bikes. But in the UK, once crashed the logbook gets marked as category A B C or D. Which makes it very hard to sell. Keep up the great work bud. Looking forward to seeing youf other rebuilds.
I would have looked for an solution to get that tank dent pulled out. Just not with a ready to paint finish. Just the shape. Even with the carbon cover.
Super clean build the one thing that bothered me though is removing the evap canister. Look on any Ducati forum and the first thing you’ll see abt removing it is that it makes it a pain to cold start, is down on power, and give the bike poor throttle response since it injects extra air and fuel vapors into the cylinder. I really wouldn’t take that off but I’m not your mom so do whatever you want with your bike
I did the same thing! Ill be posting it on my page too. I got the Ducati V2 Streetfighter. But dude, your exhaust i think is over 7k lol So if you paid 7.5k... well you just got a free bike lol
Bro i would love to come out to your shop and speak with you. Im looking for a 100cc Honda. Im hoping we can talk about a potential sale for my bike are something in that nature🤞🏽
Looks great, but it's still a wrecked bike underneath. You really did nothing to fix possible structural damage. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. And down the road, this bike will change hands and someone will get ripped off.
Lol 😂 people buy wrecked/dropped bikes every damn day in even worse condition than this and rebuild them on an even lower budget never having an issue with it. You’re literally yapping.
How much money did that cost to put it back on the track or road, it must be very nice to have all that cash big garage plenty of room specialist advice all the tools you need I suppose your like the rest of them got your cash by foul means I am not jeiouslous just angry that people like you get away from the laws of your country.
Ohh wow, let's see your build can you upload it yh2qu6kr5s? The owner doesn't have that much budget for rebuilding but still he does it, and you? STFU if you have nothing to say 😂😂😂

Agree. 👍 but replacing those when they’re not structurally damaged, only cosmetic, would be super $$$$
100% lol
If it was able to be registered it would be worth replacing but not for track duty, awesome build 💯
@@oneL this is the first build video I'm watching of yours, great btw. Could you tell/mention how much you paid for this Ducati
@@_Isshin_The_Sword_Saint I think it was $7300 aud

Cool bro! Yeah we ended up adding a new chain anyway…

Robby, you guys never disappoint, even a video like this was entertaining. Keep up the great work to you and the rest of the crew..
That little smirk when she first fired up is a good indicator that you will rebuild her :)
Love seeing bikes get the love they deserve
Great job homie 🔥🔥
Thx mate
Where are the motorcycle's headlights? Am I the only one who can't see them?
It’s a race bike…
Just watched the whole video, while I had some downtime. This was an absolutely incredible build. You’ve hooked me, time to go binge your other videos after I get off work…
Thx Maiz! 👍👍👍👍

È um enorme prazer ver o trabalho que você faz em uma moto.
Great build video. Would those spider rearsets give me anymore room ? or less than stock ? I'm 6ft 3 so any leg room is a win. Thanks
I’m 6.3 as well, definitely more room
Thanks mate
If you need any assistance, I live in Italy and I have few connections around, maybe I will be able to find some part for you
Thx Carlos I’ll keep that in mind 👍

lol yeah pretty much, I’ll check out your channel 👍
Always remember this whenever you're painting do not put alcohol on your Plastics use wax and grease remover and I think that's where you messed up at
Ahhhhh ok, yeah I’ve been using evaporative alcohol……thx👍
Price ,how much you spend to fix the motorcycle
Total was around $20k AUD
You old Kiwi you, how many ducati's you know go like this? How many not many.... Classic
If any….
awesome channel! got a question, why do you wire your nuts, nice nuts by the way!~
Regulation is they need to be lock wired for track use here in some tracks

Entirely worth every cent of my $700 excesss!
That blue colour only comes from massive overheating.
And another thing stop using canned clear used automotive spray that's important. And your guns have to be separate guns whenever you spray clear coat
Yeah I only used the canned 2k on the wings as it was convenient
I have a motorcycle like that color Matt black
Nice! Matt black Pani!!!!!
You should make another video as time lapse, this one is too long
No Because theres people Who wants to obtain more information about mechanics

Without stolen motorcycle parts from Ucrain where would we be.
Thanks again Ucrain for stealing bikes.
I get heaps of parts from Ukraine…..🤔
Looks great, but it's still a wrecked bike underneath. You really did nothing to fix possible structural damage. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. And down the road, this bike will change hands and someone will get ripped off.
It’s a track bike….cant be road registered. 99% track bikes have been crashed….and this build is transparent and documented
Lol 😂 people buy wrecked/dropped bikes every damn day in even worse condition than this and rebuild them on an even lower budget never having an issue with it. You’re literally yapping.
70s porn music intentional ?
What’s ’porn music’? 😏🤔
Without getting free parts from sponers you out of business.
Fixing a gas tank wif !
Fix it don't cover it ! Lame
No free parts here bud!
