Patrick and Robin 4-4-07

The Fake Romance.
After surviving the Metro Court Crisis Patrick and Robin get closer except Robin has doubts about living with Patrick after what happened with the "Couch Chronicles" issue. She decides they can be together but it's best they don't LIVE together. Patrick desagrees but decides to table it and Robin goes looking for a place and ends up at her good friend the Prince Nikolas castle and she also finds herself in a bit of a life or death situation. Nikolas has been poisoned and if Nik and Robin don't pretend to be a couple, and help get Jerry what he wants , Jerry threatens to kill Emily and Patrick, won't give Nikolas the antidot meaning he dies.

as weird as the idea of nikolas/robin is, i find it weirder that everyone is so quick to be weirded out by it, to be honest. everyone hooks up with everyone on soaps--i mean, emily was just sleeping with a mob boss twice her age. so it's not completely unfounded that nikolas and robin, two close friends, would have gotten together. the only reason it's being played of as weird within the context of the show is because it's part of jerry's evil plan.

I like how Emily has more faith in Nikolas than Paddy has in Robin...that was a bit of a letdown...

Patrick and Robin are a newer couple than Emily and Nikolas. Plus, Patrick is more of a jealous guy.
