У меня тоже есть такой блокнот- когда листаешь его ,наполняешься позитивом от приятных воспоминаний!!

Perhaps you could have tengui towels made with the drawing of your cabin or your pets! Fighting heatstroke is a great opportunity to stay hydrated by drinking beer.....
I think the blue drum with a table top would really look great with your red door. Your retro desk lamp and paper cutter are good buys. Also those 100 yen markers are a great buy too! I love your sketches! You're quite talented. I like your newts on your tenugui towel. I just watched Yagai Moriko's NVan blog before yours and she also wears a tenugui towel around her neck. I've never heard about "tenugui" before today, so it's quite a coincidence both you and Yagai mentioned it! Stay cool in during your extreme heat this summer. We'll have it too in Seattle, WA USA.

Какие рисунки живые!! Давно, в детстве любила книжки с картинками незамысловатыми, даже примитивными, но за которыми стоит целый мир, со звуками, шелестом, запахами.. Твои мысли очень близки и понятны, а ирония придает разговору теплоту и обаяние. ))
You can cut an opening in one side of that blue can, add wood strips front to back. Fasten them with screws from the outside then make round shelves and add them on top of the wood strips. I did this with one of those really big heavy cardboard packing barrels 30'years ago, saved the cut out part turned it into a door with hinges seated in wood I added to the barrel,. I used a portion of wood counter top I had removed when remodeling, cut into an octagonal shape. That bit of imaginative use of veritable scrap still haunts me 🕑 moves and 30 years later. The lid is also removable, the counter top/now table top removes is screwed to that metal lid.

I will go to the beach tomorrow to see what treasures the rough seas have washed ashore - need a nice piece of driftwood as a perch for an owl I have made for my son and daughter in law for their new home. You need an outdoor shower for your hot summer days

昔々 父が小さな小屋の上にドラム缶を乗せまして、夏はそれでシャワーしてました。
昼間の太陽で温められた水は 見事にお湯になり、調節はできなかったけど サッパリと汗は流せました。
一般にシャワーなんて普及してなかった頃のお話です。
少し前 猛烈な暑さの時、そんな事を思い出し この気温を利用してまたやってみたい気持ちになりました。
ステキな色のドラム缶 カッコいいテーブルになるといいですね。
